非常にスタッフは親切でした。また、部屋のエアコンもしっかりと効き非常に快適でした。 部屋の中に蚊などもいなく外の街とは、また違った落ち着いた雰囲気になっていました。 ホテルのレストランが周辺に比べてかなり高いのが、残念でした。

JICA職員も利用するホテルだと聞いて、安心して泊まりました。 室内は清潔で、お湯のシャワーも使えます。 安全性も良いです。 朝食も美味しいですし、レストランの食事もおいしい。ただし、Wi-fiの接続はわるいです。

Hotel is nice, clean and safe, and breakfast is also good. But the city is difficult to walk because of the too much touting for the tours and goods. I recommend this hotel to stay in. There are many hotels but you should choose safety.

Front desk was awesome. Breakfast great, and family room perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids! Kids were very happy having their own bed. Beds were comfy so we recommend it. Thanks to the boy and girl (do not remember their names) at the front desk, they were very responsive and kind. Thanks

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean spacious room and nice bathroom with hot showers. The restaurant even prepared gluten free oatmeal which I brought since I couldn't eat the bread or pastries at breakfast.

This was a beatiful room in the center of Iquitos. The bar and restaurant are very well looked after and breakfast was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm very happy i spent my nights here.

Everything was fantastic (comfortable, clean, good breakfast), except that there was no hot water. I’m told it’s common here, but I didn’t enjoy having a cold shower.

Great with communication, arranged airport transfer and stored our luggage while we went out to the jungle. The room we booked was what we were after, large & clean, bed was comfortable.

This is our second time at this property and did not disappoint. Room is clean and spacious, the area is ok compared to other areas in Iquitos and the staff is always nice. Breakfast, especially the fresh juices are excellent!

We had a great stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was exceptional. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Food was ok, not great. Bed was good, overall nice place for a night, but WiFi was extremely poor.
