総合評価とレビュー BRISTOL Hotel Opatija

部屋の広さはありましたが、ベットが沈みすぎて眠りにくかったです。ホテルの目の前に大きな庭園があり海の遊歩道にも簡単に出られて滞在中の人たちがのんびり散歩していました。ゆっくりできてよかったです。朝食も綺麗なレストランでブッフェスタイルでとても充実していました。時間に余裕を持っていくことをおすすめします。10時少し前には片付けが始まってしまいます。スタッフは感じのいい人が多かったです。

中心地にあるのでとても便利。ただ、内装はあまり新しくなく、サービスも人出不足なのかちょっと物足りない気がしました。駐車場はホテルのすぐ裏にありますが、とても狭く特に出入り口が狭くて駐車するのは苦労します。海の見える部屋は数が限られているので、希望するならちゃんと指定しないとだめです。他の向きだと、景観は望めません。

エクスペデイアを通して宿泊するのは初めてでしたが、以前に何度も宿泊してます。 周辺散策や食事するところも近く立地部屋朝食とも非常によいです。

Nice stay very clean hotel and the staff was great. I would have been 5 stars but our room was on the 1st floor above the ceiling speakers for the lobby music and dinning room that finally stoped at 4:30 am. Started again at 6:30. I’m sure someone just screwed up but it sounded like a muted party going on down stairs all night. More pillows would also be nice

Great location. I love the building. Parking was a little bit far from the hotel, but we took out the luggage from the car and then parked.

The situation is really good, next to the major attractions in the city. The room ordered had to be with a sea view but in fact had only a lateral one, I request for a double bed and received a double single beds. There was no air conditioning , it was the major problem because the temperature was really warm with on top of that the fridge who provides extra heating in the room. When I asked the reception they told me that the stopped the air conditioning because it was autumn. In this case don’t write in your réservation that there is an air co or mention it is only in the summer period All the employees are really devoted for their guests : a real positive point , Thks for that !

Wonderful hotel with great people, food, music and drinks. Everything was seriously perfect. Easy check-in and helpful, kind staff all around. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Bristol is in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and wifi excellent. The included breakfast, while not exciting, has variety (cereal, hot dishes, cold cheese/ham, fruit, cakes) and is frequently replenished. Parking was an issue. The description of the Bristol on the hotels.com site states “Uncovered on-site self-parking (EUR 20 per day)”. As other travellers have experienced, we were told on arrival that no parking via the hotel was available and that we would have to find a spot on the street at a likely cost of 25 euro per day. Luckily, we found a spot on the road above the hotel (Ul. Drage Gervaisa) where we could park for 24 hours for 17 euro. Note that the parking meter does not accept credit cards and doesn’t give change so you need the exact money in notes/coins.

At the time of making this booking, two separate bookings were made for two nights due to me making an error. (One with hotel.com & one with Expedia) .When I arrived at the hotel, I explained my error. I asked if I could stay in the same room and was told "yes"; however, I questioned whether the 2nd night's room was the same room and I was told "yes". I was very clear to ask if it was the SAME and the clerk definitely understood my question. First night's room had a view of a construction site in which jack hammering was being done. Therefore, I looked at my receipt for 2nd night and saw that I was to have a suite with ocean view. Therefore, I returned to the front desk to question why I was told that both rooms were the same. It really bothered me that the clerk who checked me in had been dishonest when telling me both rooms were the same. Clearly they were NOT! You could tell that she knew she'd been caught in her lie. Someone else helped me change the 2nd night's booking so I'd have the appropriate room. If booking for this hotel, you may want to ensure you're not facing the construction site as it's an eye sore plus it could be noisy. Buffet breakfast was mediocre compared to the other buffet breakfast we had in other hotels in Croatia. Temperature of eggs was cold or luke warm cheese/meat wasn't very good, presentation of food was poor. Overall, hotel was clean and good location but nothing to rave about.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel als gut zu bewerten. Preis- Leistung ist in Ordnung. Ausnahme ist vor allem die Parkplatzsituation. Für ältere Menschen mühsam bis schwierig. Sehr laut ! Zu empfehlen daher ein Zimmer zur Parkseite u nicht mit Meerblick.

L'albero è in una località bellissima che ricorda molto San Remo, a poca distanza da Fiume per le cliniche. Prenotate vista mare vale la pena, letti un po' basso per noi che siamo alti MT. 1,80. Ottima colazione e personale molto gentile.

Camera confortevole, albergo privo di Spa e piscina, meglio non indicarlo

위치가 좋고 전체적으로 전망 좋고 청결함. 주차가 편리하나 하루에 15유로 받는건 좀 단점임.

This is a nice hotel, well located for a stroll along the seafront and nearby restaurants. The hotel is rather dated but not in a dire way, adding character to its rooms and nice balconies. The lift can be crammed in the morning so this is worth planning for as you exit, particularly as we did with a large tourist group trying to exit at the same time.

Great hotel and location. I made a mistake on the dates of booking and the hotel let me move the date at no penalty; even though it was a non-refundable rate! Thank you Bristol

The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. But there were hardly any teaspoons available (the receptionist told us that tourists just steal them) and the scrambles eggs, the bacon and the coffee were only lukewarm.
