絶対に泊まらない方がいいです。 まず着いてから電話でクレジットカードの番号と暗証番号まで聞かれます。 部屋の設備は古く汚く、ゴキブリが2匹出ました。あと、とにかくうるさいです。どの部屋からの音も丸聞こえで寝れません。スタッフも24時間対応してくれるとのことですが真っ赤な嘘です。9時ー5時にしかフロントにはおらず、タオルを欲しいと伝えても翌日になってもきませんでした。治安も悪いエリアですし、ひたすらにお勧めしません。

ケアンズ市内から遠くない印象を受け、プールもあるしと思って予約をしたが、実際プールに入ることもなく、近くにあるスーパーも利用したい時間には開いておらず、なかなか不便だった。ケアンズ全体のことかもしれないが、週末は本当に動きがなく静かで、観光客にはさびしい時間だった。

とても綺麗でしたが、wifiが繋がりにくかったです その他はとても綺麗で素晴らしいホテルです 値段の安さも魅力的でした また、従業員の方々の対応も良かったです

　ビーチからは遠いので、レンタカー等を利用していないと行きにくい。 　スタッフと話す機会はほとんどなかったが、笑顔で出迎えてくれて、問題はなさそうだった。 　部屋は広く、1部屋はベッド3台、もう1部屋はベッド4台だった。但し、2部屋は同じフロアでもかなり離れていたので、そこはもう少し配慮をしてほしかった。 　バスタブも付いているし、ベランダで喫煙もでき、駐車場横にはランドリーもあるようだった。 　駐車場は裏庭にあり、広く無料で使えるところが良かった。 　2階建てのようだが、エレベーターが無いようで、大きな荷物のある人や高齢の方には厳しいかも。 　近くには歩いて行けるショッピングモールがあり、スーパーやレストランが入っているが、5時で閉まるみたいだった。 　ビーチで遊んだり、遠出をしたり、と、ホテルステイを重視するのではない方には安くて良いホテル。

The after hours check-in was straight forward over the phone and when I had a problem with my room card late one night they were able to resolve it quickly

Amazing Receptionist everytime I stay there, always welcoming and friendly, willing to go extra mile to make me comfortable when in a situation.

Usually stay at this property and this visit would possibly be our last . There were unruly guests that were in room beside us that forced us to vacate our room around 12am the nest morning - I was unable to get the required amount of sleep for my next days work . Unstaisfactory.

I really love Wahhna the receptionist as she's very kind, friendly and great too chat with and really looks after me. I heard that there was a break in and someone grabbed the master key and went thru the rooms...not sure if it's true or not.

Very bad in general leaking taps in shower and bathroom sink,Towels very poor condition

Permanent residents partying till all hours. People smoking illegal drugs. Domestic violence issues. Very unclean. Someone trying to break into my room via connecting door.

Terribly customer service rude and arrogant. The room had leaking water taps it was so run down.

We’ve just returned from a week at this hotel, not once did a cleaner come near our room. We put our bins outside the door, floor never vacuumed, sheets and towels never changed , we made our bed which is fine. Towels were so thin and stained I bought my own which I had to leave due to weight.Curtains were hanging off the tracks.
