Excellent staff!! They were very kind and helpful. And location was great too! I will come back here next time for sure!

A unos cuantos pasos del muelle y playa de los muertos, con el beneficio de los camastros del Hotel Los Arcos y una alberca adicional en el edificio de las Suites. Nos subieron de categoría de habitación sin costo y nos regalaron cupones para el restaurante y unos masajes. Todo el personal muy amable.

This location is not the location in the pictures, the pictures are for the location across the street. You have access to that property but the rooms at this location are smaller and older than those pictures. The staff are great, internet was good enough. Probably would have rated higher if the pictures weren't of the sister location

My power went out randomly one day

Really enjoyed my stay here, the location is great, loved having access to the bigger hotel and also having a more private roof top pool! Only downside was the bar was always closed so could only get drinks at the other hotel. A/C worked really well in the rooms and friendly staff. Overall it was great!

Excellent attention to the customers

It’s our second visit to Casa Susana, location is perfect, with beach beds and umbrellas included. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very good. The rooftop pool and view are a perfect spot for sunset! We absolutely loved everything about our stay and will come back!

Not a five star hotel but at lest 4.9. The hotel gives you the flavor of Mexico while being conveniently located near the beach and fantastic restaurant's.

Es un alojamiento que permite disfrutar de la playa y parte del malecón del Puerto Vallarta, sin embargo considerar que gran parte de Playa los muertos tiene muchas piedras que dificultan la entrada a la playa, sin embargo existe un oleaje bajo que permite disfrutar con unos zapatos para playa.

El personal siempre fue muy servicial, las instalaciones estaban súper bien cuidadas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Excelente ubicacion y buenas instalaciones

Es la segunda vez que visitamos casa doña Susana, y cada vez nos gusta más, la ubicación es excelente, la limpieza del lugar es un punto relevante, nunca encontrarás un espacio sucio o desordenado. La alberca está en la temperatura perfecta y es nuestro espacio favorito del hotel

Pros: Has Ac Clean Rooftop pool is very well kept Cons: 1. Door card needed to be replaced every single day of the 5 days I stayed here which was a hassle. 2. It’s 25 dollars USD extra per person for any additional person per night. That applies to visitors as well. (for us it was an additional 100 USD not anticipated, 2 people total in our room) 3. Our initial room was the superior room which flooded after me and my spouse showered back to back. Maybe 25-30 minutes total. They then replaced our room with a less desirable room not of equal quality. No refund or discount for this. Final thoughts: Meh it was aesthetic in photos but realistically I wouldn’t stay here again. Too much of a hassle
