a lot of the furniture in lobby and room were stained and needed cleaning. Overall the entire hotel needed better cleaning.

I loved the convenience of the 24 hour market pantry inside the hotel. I loved that it was walking distance to great food options. Also, the staff was really friendly.

The room was clean, but the lock on Room 209 had issues. The adjoining room was occupied and quite noisy, which made my stay less pleasant. On the positive side, the staff were very pleasant and friendly, and the hotel’s location is excellent with plenty of nearby walking options.

Bathroom light too dim. Shower curtain dirty tub drain slow. No good food in restaurant. Stain on bed sheet. No nice bar in hotel.

We've stayed here off and on for the last 10 years. Its become more and more eco-friendly adding small changes over time. It is starting to show some wear but still mostly in great condition. The regular standard room with King bed has plenty of room and staff have always been great whether its a smile or helpful with extra towels or whatever. They have always been fully booked or close to it so the turnover is quick and the staff seem good at managing it. Parking is always plentiful and there are mutiple food options within walking distance i.e. Tims, Wendy's, IHop, and indian Restaurant (vegetarian) and of course there is a Costco so food court pizza and hot dogs! There is a small pool area with water slide and a small fitness area. Some rooms have a small balcony. Easy off and on for the highway. Will continue to choose this place in the Brampton area again.
