Tipical Italian hotel and service, it was not really good stay at this hotel. Breakfast was not enjoy at all, and I booked junior suit, but just like normal room, Shower room was like dog cage, I couldn't turn my body in the room, But room was clean. I will not stay this hotel at all, thank you Italian.

We really love our stay. Great location on the beach with a huge pool, clean non cramped room with a great view. The restaurant had a very good selection at the continental breakfast. Staff was very helpful by watching our bags when we arrived before check in time. The location is perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and a big market within walking distance. My only personal wish would be that I wish the pillows had a little more support / structure for how firm the bed was.

Very convenient location. 5-10 minute walk to the park or the old town. The old town was very enjoyable Parking at the hotel cost 15 euro and was good. Breakfast was very good. Our room overlooked the sea and promenade. One problem was the air conditioning barely worked at all in our room. Fortunately we could open the windows and get some air.

Absolutely idyllic. Black sand beach. Beautiful hotel and friendly and polite staff. 30 minute drive from Genoa but so worth it. Gorgeous view of the Sea. Would highly recommend this.

The hotel was great and the room clean and comfortable with a great view. The location was good, with the ocean directly in front of the hotel across the street. Several places to eat close by and lots to see in walking distance. The only negative was a strange bathroom lay out with the toillette boxed in by the shower stall. I would certainly recommend it for a stay near Genoa.

We have a very nice stay in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They arrange for us the taxi to go to the Genoa cruise port. The hotel is very accessible for the restaurants and stuff. The view of the room is gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay.

Personale gentilissimo, nessuna sbavatura, e’ sicuramente la nota migliore della struttura La camera adeguata, unica pecca e non avere l ascensore fino al piano ma bisogna fare una rampa di scale a piedi (cosa non segnalata) e comunque poco elegante se poi si chiama suite la stanza. Il fatto che gli animali siano ammessi ma non possono andare in sala colazione un po’ mi fa storcere il naso. Se si vuole essere pet friendly bisogna esserlo fino in fondo. Per il resto tutto bene
