Tipical Italian hotel and service, it was not really good stay at this hotel. Breakfast was not enjoy at all, and I booked junior suit, but just like normal room, Shower room was like dog cage, I couldn't turn my body in the room, But room was clean. I will not stay this hotel at all, thank you Italian.

海岸は目の前。地中海が眺める部屋はあまりそのあたりにはない。海岸で寝そべるのもよし、裏山の急な斜面を登り、山からの眺めを楽しむのもよし。イタリアワインとシーフードで小腹を満たしに、周りのこじんまりしたレストランで時間を過ごすにもよし。ヨーロッパのひとつの楽しみを発見できるホテルです。

Ottima struttura, molto confortevole, con super colazione. Parcheggio molto comodo, si attraversa la strada e si è sul lungomare.

The view of the sunrise over the ocean was gorgeous from my room! The breakfast was so delicious- the apricot tart-wow! The bed was comfy, lots of pillows, black out curtains, very friendly desk personnel- free shuttle to train in morning. Only wish I had gotten a train from the train to the hotel the night before. But beware, it is an hour from Genoa by train and over two hours from Portofine.

Hotel and area photos are from several years ago when all the palm trees were in their glory. Hotel itself was surely “grand” at some time, but has definitely declined. Our room faced the ocean, was small but ok. The bathroom was beyond small. Knees touched the side of shower when on the toilet. (This may not be the same in other rooms). Breakfast buffet was poor, disorganized and staff unenthusiastic.

What a beautiful hotel and location. Center to everything and with a gorgeous view. I highly recommend it. If you stay here, I recommend for dinning option Mustafa restaurant right next to the hotel.

Hotel recentemente ristrutturato, anche se con materiali di non primissima qualita'. Fronte mare, a due passi dal centro. Insonorizzazione discreta, ma non ottimale. Colazione nella media. Parcheggio a pagamento, ma noi abbiamo trovato lungo la strada, gratuito e senza limiti di tempo. Nel complesso soddisfatti.

Ich habe mich im Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Besonders praktisch fand ich die hoteleigenen Parkmöglichkeiten und die zentrale Lage mit vielen Bars und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Warm welcome for non Italian speaking Australian guests. Brilliant views from our room. Much better than the photos. Room very clean and everything in good condition. Nice linen and towels. Very nice €20 three course set dinner menu. Would happily return and recommend to friends.

War ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Bella struttura esterna e ottima colazione. Camera corretta ma bagno troppo piccolo con difficolta ad accedere al water di sicuro non in linea con le 4 stelle dell'hotel. Camera fredda senza riscaldamento nel bagno

Es ist ein Hotel in einer sehr guter Lage, 10 m vom Badestrand entfernt. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt in der Hotelanlage sehr gut parken. Das Parken und das Abladen der Koffer werden sogar vom Hotelpersonal abgenommen. Das Frühstück - die Räumlichkeit und das Essensangebot auch sehr guit. Im Zimmer fehlen aber einige wichtige Kleinigkeiten, die wir schade fanden. Es gibt keine Gläser im Zimmer, um Getränke z.B. etwas von der Minibar oder ganz simpel Wasser zu trinken. statt dessen stehen 2-3 ganz billige Plastik-Becher, nicht eines Grandhotels würdig. In unserem Doppelzimmer gab es nur eine Sitzmöglichkeit, nämlich ein einziger Sessel. Als wir am Tisch sitzen und etwas trinken oder besprechen wollten, musste meine Frau auf dem Bett sitzen. Im Doppelzimmer ist auch eine einzige Kofferablage. Die zweite Person muss ihren Koffer direkt auf dem Boden aufmachen. Solche Dinge / wichtige Kleinigkeiten sollten eigentlich in einem "Grandhotel" nicht fehlen. Dass es bei den TV-Programmen mehrere deutsche Sender gab, war aber sehr positiv.

The room stanks of drains

Per aver provato una junior suite consiglio di spendere di più in un ammodernamento soprattutto dei bagni, delle tende dei bagni e dei pavimenti che erano rialzati! Per il costo della camera avrei tolto la richiesta di 15 euro per il parcheggio

Lovely grand old hotel on the surface. Staff were friendly and helpful most of the time. Very clean, nice large bathroom and comfy bed. However, there were a couple of things which would have really improved my stay at the hotel. We booked a superior double room. There was nothing superior about this room, I would describe it as basic. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, no complimentary bottles of water. The plug sockets did not fit our European plug adaptors. We could only charge our phones in the sockets in the dining room on the first day! We asked at the desk on the first evening and staff could only suggest we try the bathroom socket to charge our phones? This did not work. I couldn’t use my hair straighteners in the morning and went to ask at the desk for advice on where I could buy an adaptor. This time a different receptionist gave me an adaptor which she instantly produced from behind the desk! A sign for guests in the room advising guests to ask if they needed an adaptor would be useful. Our visit was the last week in October which is the end of the season but there was no outside space available to sit anywhere at the hotel. There are no balconies or terraces with rooms and the pool area was closed off. The weather was mild and sunny and I asked if there was anywhere I could sit and relax outside. The hotel beach was closed. Arenzano is a lovely quiet relaxing place but I would not stay at this hotel again.

Fabulous luxury hotel with great vibe and friendly staff. The breakfast choice is amazing and it was peaceful, comfortable and relaxing. The room was a little snaller than expected but it had a comfortsble double bed and everything I needed. I travel onbusiness frequently and am not easily impressed. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel

Buen hotel con personal amable.

Everything great, except small things - like only one coffee machine for breakfast for quite a number of guests, no tops for tea pots - gets cold quicker - but these are minor. Our evening dinner was OK-ish. However, overall a good stay. Nice location.
