Tipical Italian hotel and service, it was not really good stay at this hotel. Breakfast was not enjoy at all, and I booked junior suit, but just like normal room, Shower room was like dog cage, I couldn't turn my body in the room, But room was clean. I will not stay this hotel at all, thank you Italian.

Dette hotel burde være kategoriseret ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Hotellet og poolen er slidt. Ja, der er nye møbler og puder på værelserne. Men gulvene var slidte, sengen meget hård, ingen mulighed for at lave sig en kop te eller kaffe på værelset, 2 liggestole + parasol på hotellets anviste strand kostede 55 euro og der var kun store meget glatte sten at gå på overalt i vandet. Poolen var virkelig stor (mindst 30 meter lang). Vandet var rent, men med masser af sand på bunden og nussede sider. Liggestole ved poolen er gratis og rigtig fine. Rengørings- og barpersonalet var super venlige og maden i poolbaren var god🙏

Bra parkering, god mat på restaurangen

Forvent IKKE et 4 stjerner hotel - måske for 20 år siden, men absolut ikke længere. Receptions personalet taler usand og Hotel Manager er usympatisk, uden empati eller forståelse for gæstens behov. Bedste anbefale er - finde et andet hotel!

Hotellet ok, men poolområdet är under all kritik

Prima hotel, schone kamers met heerlijke bedden! Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, prima ontbijt met van alles, goed parkeren. Het zwembad was prima maar zou iets leuker en gezelliger kunnen met onderhoud van plantjes en weghalen van onkruid.

Great staff. Great location, the beach club associated with the hotel was the same. Clean, large rooms, comfy well Air conditioned hotel.

Things I liked - the pool, the location and the breakfast which had a good variety of food and lots of fresh fruit. Things I think they could improve - the hotel looks tired and needs some love. The air-conditioning in my room was not very strong and the gym was terrible - it is tiny, did not have air-conditioning that worked and there was not even 1 set of dumb-bells or weights, I left it frustrated.

We really love our stay. Great location on the beach with a huge pool, clean non cramped room with a great view. The restaurant had a very good selection at the continental breakfast. Staff was very helpful by watching our bags when we arrived before check in time. The location is perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and a big market within walking distance. My only personal wish would be that I wish the pillows had a little more support / structure for how firm the bed was.

Very convenient location. 5-10 minute walk to the park or the old town. The old town was very enjoyable Parking at the hotel cost 15 euro and was good. Breakfast was very good. Our room overlooked the sea and promenade. One problem was the air conditioning barely worked at all in our room. Fortunately we could open the windows and get some air.

Absolutely idyllic. Black sand beach. Beautiful hotel and friendly and polite staff. 30 minute drive from Genoa but so worth it. Gorgeous view of the Sea. Would highly recommend this.

The hotel was great and the room clean and comfortable with a great view. The location was good, with the ocean directly in front of the hotel across the street. Several places to eat close by and lots to see in walking distance. The only negative was a strange bathroom lay out with the toillette boxed in by the shower stall. I would certainly recommend it for a stay near Genoa.

We have a very nice stay in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They arrange for us the taxi to go to the Genoa cruise port. The hotel is very accessible for the restaurants and stuff. The view of the room is gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay.
