ホテルの立地も中心地に近く、観光も食事にも便利でした。受付時のフロントの対応も迅速で親切でした。内装も落ち着いていて清潔感があって満足でした。

ソレントの繁華街の中にあり、断崖絶壁にそびえ立つ素敵なホテルでした。朝食は素晴らしいです。ス枠付きの生蜂蜜と生ジュースは、本当に美味しく、このうえない時間を過ごせました。再度、ソレントに行く機会があれば、もう一度、宿泊したいです。

タッソ広場に近い割に うるさくなくて！プールサイドの綺麗な花のお庭を通って部屋に行くのは 遊び疲れた身体と心を癒してくれます！ 駅にも 歩いて近いし 簡単！ ブレックファーストは、ガラス張りのお部屋だから、オーブンな感じで 美味しさにも プラスアルファ！ また ゆっくり泊まりたいホテルでした！

テラスつきのスーペリアダブルに5連泊。 賑やかなタッソ広場に至近で非常に便利 朝食ビュフェは甘いケーキがたくさん用意されています。 生レタスもあり海外旅行で野菜不足になりがちなのにありがたいです 宿泊者は欧米のシニアの方がほとんどで、プールサイドでのんびり過ごす方が多かったです。 おすすめです。

ガーデンやプールサイドにレモンツリーがあり、プールに入れるシーズンじゃなくても見るだけでも美しい。メイン通りや港、駅から近く、非常便利。アメニティは少なく、手持ちを用意するかスーパーで買うといいかもしれません。ティッシュや綿棒、コットンなど女性の必需品がないので注意。

このホテルの評価がなぜ高いのかわかりません。コップはプラスチックだし、食事も良くないし。。。

口コミの評価が高かったので、利用を決意。全てが口コミ通りだった。スタッフは全員が最高の笑顔と対応で接してくれた。チェックイン時間よりもかなり早く到着したが、アップグレードしてくれた上に、清掃が済んでいるからと、すぐに案内してくれた。イタリアの個人の家に招待されたような、調和のとれたインテリアに家族で歓声をあげた。ヨーロッパの古い館を利用しているので、それなりに使い勝手の悪い部分はあるものの、それがまた味だと思えるほど、快適な滞在ができた。朝食ブュッフェは、他の口コミにも絶讃されている通りに、誰もが満足できるものと思う。滞在中は、旅のプランをスタッフに相談する度に、親身になって対応してくれた。ホテルに戻る度に、笑顔で声をかけてもくれた。今回は、比較的良い部屋を予約しておいた上にアップグレードしてもらえたので、滞在が素晴らしい思い出となったが、全ての部屋に当てはまるかどうかはわからない。

Excellent location at the start of city centre. Great size room with balcony, good breakfast selection, easy access to restaurants, shops & parking. Highly recommended.

Clean room. Good water pressure

Our stay at this hotel was far from pleasant, beginning with a miscommunication about our room preferences. Despite clearly requesting a queen size bed, the staff potentially assuming twin beds would suit our two-person party initially assigned us separate beds, only pushing them together after we reiterated our preference. Upon returning to our room following an exhausting city walk, we were met with a persistent, intermittent odor resembling urine, which we tried to masked with perfume and sleep masks, neither of which allowed for restful sleep. To add to the disruption, our room 107 was directly across from the kitchen, subjecting us to the clanging and banging as breakfast preparations began at 6–7 AM. While we lodged a complaint with management at checkout, who verbally committed to addressing the issues, no follow-up or resolution occurred. Left feeling ignored and undervalued, we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The room is small and the quality of bedding is not you expected from 4 stars hotel. They don’t offer bottle water or coffee machine in the room. The service at the reception can be better and breakfast is nothing is not impressive at all.

great spread of food for breakfast including sweets and savouries. love the cappucino there - better than most other cafes outside!! convenient location from the central area, train station and the port - though walking uphill/stairs is involved; but not too near that it's too rowdy/noisy

Clean room , nice stuff , great location

We had a family suite that was adorable. Floors up and down, little lights on the ceiling, big room and spotless. Felt like an oasis because there was a green ravine on one side, and a garden area on another side. Would absolutely stay again.

Staff couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating. Ended up having two different rooms and both were lovely. Well stocked and spotless. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. Great location for getting around too. Would definitely stay here again.
