The location is excellent as it's close to tourist attractions. You can sightsee while taking breaks. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was delicious, so I recommend it.

I booked this hotel to prepare for my wedding, and the high level of hospitality and clean rooms allowed me to proceed with the preparations with peace of mind. The hotel is also conveniently located, so I was able to return to the hotel to rest even during summer sightseeing.

The hotel was nice and at a good location. The room was on the smaller side. When there was an issue during check in, the front desk agent was rude. He saw us annoyed and couldn’t care less.

We were in Europe, staying at Airbnbs for 2 weeks prior to arriving in Florence and the Bernini Palace. We could not have been happier with the beauty that awaited us! The staff were wonderful, the room spectacular and the lounge bar welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was well laid out with everything you could possibly want and we looked forward to the cappuccino every morning. The location couldn’t have been better, minutes from The Uffizi and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. If you want a truly beautiful Florence experience, I highly recommend staying at this hotel! 5 stars plus✨

I jämförelse med andra 5-stjärniga hotell skulle jag nog säga att detta snarare är ett mycket bra fyrstjärnigt, med eleganta stora rum. Läget är fantastiskt och ett avgörande skäl för att bo här, med nära till alla sevärdheter. Tyget för sängkuddar ovanligt strävt för att vara på hotell och mörkläggningsgardinerna släpper igenom mycket ljus på morgonen. Effektiv reception men inget utöver det vanliga. Fick påminna om att få upp utrustning till rummet. Concierge-servicen oengagerad. Frukostbuffén lite begränsad i sortiment, särskilt gällande bröd och ost, men här är personalen trevlig och engagerad. Våningsplan 5 är inte tillgängligt för personer med funktionsnedsättning.

Excellent location and staff

I walked by this property while on a cruise seven years ago and thought it looked charming! I took a quick photo and remembered it for what was my current trip. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The accommodations were beautiful, the breakfast, the best ever, and the staff very nice and very helpful. The location is wonderful though it took me a while to get my bearings in Florence. Wonderful stay wish I had booked it for longer!

Excellent location. Well appointed rooms. Very comfortable and friendly service. Would have dined there in the evening but for some reason no dogs allowed in the main dining room so would appreciate a policy change there. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very centrally located, with easy access to monuments and museums. The place is well equip with our needs and it is a very pleasant stay. the staff were very helpful and ready to help. if only they have a spa with a pool, that would be perfect.
