ホテルスタッフも親切に対応してくれます。バス停や船着場からは少し遠いですがメイン通りから20メートルと近いので便利です。ホテル内、部屋はきれいに掃除されています。シャワーの出やトイレの水圧は少し弱いですが、文句を言うほどではありません。朝食が８時からなので、ダイビングやコスメル島などスタートが早めな時には食べられません。また、欲を言うならハムとサラダがあると充実しますね。 タバコは禁煙ですが、通りに出れば吸えます。夜中はスタッフが鍵を開けてくれます。

We love Acanto. The Staff are super friendly and helpful. Plenty available to eat for light breakfast. Beach towels available upon request as well as discounts to local excursions, bars, massages.

Tout était très bien! À l’exception qu’un gérant nous a volé $200USD dans le coffre-fort! Seul un gérant pouvais voler avec le module de programmation. Il a accusé les femmes de chambres mais elles n’ont aucune possibilité de voler dans le coffre. J’aurais aimé obtenir une compensation mais rien n’a été offert car ceci aurait confirmé la responsabilité du gérant!

Great property in a good location.

The initial room we were given when we checked in late in the day, wasn't great. It was rather small, felt unkept and the bathroom had water pressure issues. When we brought up the issues to the management, they were happy to make the switch the next day and gave us the free upgrade to a suite. Which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Laura- one of the manager was very accomodating and all the hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. Acanto felt like home during our stay!

The room had a few problems such as the shower pressure, leaking sink, living room tv had not volume. The property is cute, but if you’re like me, you probably won’t like the noisy bed sheets. The breakfast consists of boiled eggs and coffee, some individual cereal boxes and toast. The night guy Miguel was the best worker at the property.

The property was clean and location was great but the staff was the best part, courteous, easy communication that made it feel like home for a few days.

What a unique property! So close to night life, dinning and beaches. First time staying at this place and would do it again! Next time we are bringing the kids!

It’s a lovely property, well maintained, spacious and most importantly friendly staff. Miguel is a star who is helpful and kind. I did have a room closer the 5th ave and hence was loud but it wasn’t too much of an issue for me.

We spent three nights. Quiet, clean, well appointed. Friendly, helpful staff. Liked the pool & breakfast. Would recommend.

Nice.. Continental Breakfast was weak, had the AC unit intake for several units in my bathroom.. little noisy. Staff were friendly.

Located in the heart of the action. Lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel is well maintained and house keeping does an excellent job. Friendly staff at the front desk. Shout out to Miguel for his happy and friendly attitude. His continental breakfasts are the best. The freshest fruits and different breakfast items are set up daily.

Nice property in center of town with very friendly staff. Easy 5min walk to the beach and 1min from 5th avenue. Rooms were spacious and clean, but some appliances were dated.

Perfect location to everything! Ocean views we loved our penthouse! Private garage locked parking as well! Definitely will be back!
