Cleaner tubs

The Hotel was very run down. There were signs of an aging Hotel with minimal upkeep. The rooms were very musty-smelling and humid. Partial maintenance work done. I chose Holiday Inn because of their reputation for being a very nice Hotel. This was far from being on brand for what I have been in before.

A Beacon in the Night The early morning chill of Friday, around 3:50 AM, usually held the promise of a new day, but for me, it brought a stark realization of loss. My vehicle was gone. The shock was immediate, the worry heavy, but what happened next at the Holiday Inn Express turned a moment of distress into a testament of genuine human kindness by manager, Sean, employee, Abraham and staff @ the front desk.. From the moment I reported what had happened, the staff at the Holiday Inn Express became a beacon of calm and cooperation. They didn't just listen; they truly heard me. Understanding the gravity of the situation, they were incredibly sentimental and empathetic, offering not just solutions by providing, live video footage that became valuable to Border Patrol Agents and Texas Department of Public Safetys Investigations,and State Troopers.. That recovered my pickup truck. At the Progresso International Bridge in Progresso Texas. Instead of adding to my stress, the Hotel actively helped lighten the burden, even providing a discounted one-day accommodation to ensure I had a safe and comfortable place to stay while dealing with the ordeal. Their support went beyond the transactional. They were cooperative with every question, every need, every uncertainty that arose during such a difficult time. It wasn't just about a room; it was about the kindness in their voices, the understanding in their eyes, and the tangible actions they took to ease my mind. They navigated the s

Everything was amazing

The hotel was in poor condition. A towel had stains on it, the bathroom was dirty, the hall carpet was really dirty, and the dining area was hot and set at 84 degrees on a 95-degree day!
