朝食はフルーツ、チーズ、生ハム、オムレツなど豪華でした。設備もきれいでした。ただ廊下や隣の部屋の音が気になりました。

旧市街から徒歩で30分くらいの場所にありますが、徒歩ルートがビーチ沿いなので、散歩ルートとして最適です。部屋も広くて清潔です。朝食も充実している。ただ、フィットネス施設が外部運営である為、宿泊者でも有料なのが残念でした。

外観、レセプションやお部屋、屋外プールも全てがキレイで清潔で素晴らしいホテルでした。スタッフも皆さすがの接客でした。

従業員の迅速且つ丁寧な対応に感謝しています。家族全員でバスク旅行を堪能しました。

廊下の声が丸聞こえ。その他料金対してあまり満足できるサービスでない。エリアの価格を考えれば仕方がないが。

部屋の作りが非常に使い易かった。クローゼットは引戸になっており開け放したままの使用が容易。ハンガーパイプ部分と棚部分に分かれ、下部にはスーツケースも楽に入るため荷物を全てクローゼットに収納できる。連泊すると特に使いやすさを感じるだろう。 ３種類の枕を選べ得ることもベター。ベットの硬さも自分にはちょうどよく熟睡できた。

L'hôtel est très bien situé mais très mal isolé malheureusement. Les services sont corrects dans l'ensemble et le personnel aussi.

Good clean hotel, with very helpful and nice staff. great breakfast with lots of choices. Easy to use parking garage and the location is great

Good location however, a 20-30 minute walk to city center. Buses nearby. Upon our arrival, they held our luggage until check in. However, at checkout, you have to use lockers in the hotel if you want storage at 4.5 E per hour. Internet was fine. Bed was fine. Pillows were way too mushy. Room could been cleaner.

Pool isn’t open till June You have to pay to use a gym and spa

Very well maintained property. Relatively close to La Concha Beach. Clean room and excellent breakfast buffet

The location was perfect. However the bathroom in our room smelled of mildew.. As a person allergic to mold, it caused a hacking cough throughout our stay— took us a while to figure out why I was coughing so much. Furthermore, the hotel was next door to a gym that began their demonstration/protest - starting at 7:00am - the loud noise of horns and sirens was constant beginning on the day we arrived 4/13 and still going on when we left. NOTE- we checked out before we were supposed to -checking out on 4/19. NOTE: We did mention this to the staff and their response was that they did not know when the protests would and that the demonstrators had the RIGHT to protest. BTW: Our room was right next door to the protests.. I took a video and recorded the loud noise — if you want us to s nd it to you… I’d be more than happy to. Since we left a day before we were supposed to the hotel said that adjustments could not be made due to the fact that we made the reservation through you. FYI- this was a planned with a date of start of the demonstration— would have been nice to receive a Buyer Be Aware notice so we could change hotels.

Fridge did not work struggled with the remote to change channels asked for batteries to be replace but this never happened

Breakfast was great. Our main issue was with the resturant and manager which would not accommodate for a child with special needs. We are not talking about a big accommodation just to order a dish from the child menue but allow the child to remain in an area allocated for the bar dining. We were perfectly happy to pay any additional fees and even order all our meals ifneeded. They still refused. Not very family friendly for children with special needs

A wonderfully smart hotel with super friendly staff only mared by lack of AC in april in a family room. AC come on in the summer. Also no pool until June.

Everything were perfect

Breakfast fine but ran put of semi skimmed milk and English breakfast teabags which didn't seem to be replaced. Also some milk portions in the room would be very much appreciated
