湖の眺めが最高！

娘にとってあこがれのホテルです。数年前までは、本当にお姫様が住んでると思っていました。なので、いつか泊まらせてあげたいと思っていたのを実現させました。 スパの予約を取ろうとしたら一杯で、チェックアウトに間に合いませんでした。その旨を伝えると快くチェックアウトの時間を無料で延長してくれました。 また、バスローブのポケットに携帯を忘れたのをチェックアウト後に気付き、取りに戻りました。すると、ハウスキーピングの方が携帯に気付いてとっておいてくれてました。本当に助かりました。 また泊まりたいです

眺望はとても良く、清潔感もあるがベルボーイが荷物は運ばないし、帰りにタクシー頼んだが後、何分で迎えに来るとも言わず、おかげで20分またされでんしゃはっしゃじこくに2分前に到着し困惑、ボーイにはこちらどの位でタクシーが来るのか聞かないといけないのか普通言ってくるだろう？ ホテル料金高い割にサービスは最低で部屋の洗面の排水がボコボコと音がうるさいしランチも料金だけかなり値上げされていた。

コンシェルジュの対応がとてもよかった。 部屋は外観とのギャップが激しくモダンだが殺風景であった。 朝食はレストランの雰囲気が良くおいしかった。 Annecyは雨にもかかわらず町並みや湖畔の景色が素晴らしく、春や夏、雪景色と再訪したいと思いました。

湖と山に囲まれて静かでとても癒されました。毎年訪れていますが何回来ても時間が止まっているようで幸せを感じます。

全般に良いコンディションで推薦できます。サービスが特に親切でした。 一つ改善点は、一度スイッチを切った後、 エアコンが再開できなかったこと。しかし、総合的には風景、環境、サービスとても良いです。

部屋から望む湖の景色が素晴らしい。ただ、レストランスタッフの対応は良くなかった。

Great stay at lake annecy

We had an excellent stay at L’Impérial Palace. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and located in a spectacular setting on Lake Annecy. The rooms and public areas are in excellent condition, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. The reception team, bar staff, breakfast team, and valet parking staff were all professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their service consistently exceeded our expectations and created a wonderful atmosphere. I would especially like to thank all the members of staff who were working from July 14 to July 18. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We would be very happy to return.

Nice hotel! Wait staff a bit overworked/short handed.

This hotel is highly overrated and, in my experience, dishonest. They charged my family and me for breakfasts that we never had, and despite bringing the mistake to their attention, they have refused to issue a refund. This experience left us feeling misled and very disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed in two rooms for three nights. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the receptionist remained on the phone for nearly 10 minutes before acknowledging us or arranging for a bellman to help with our luggage. We arrived at 10:30 p.m., tired and very hungry, only to find that every restaurant in the hotel was closed. When we asked the manager for assistance, she was rude and unfriendly. The only option available was room service, which offered only cold food and snacks. We ended up taking a taxi into the city center, where the only place still open was Burger King. The rest of our stay was just average. The pool area was very crowded, breakfast was okay, and the concierge was also unfriendly. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Great location!

Beautiful location facing the lake

The welcome was great. The room was very comfortable and according to the description - a little worn in some places. The bar and restaurant staff appeared very helpful but were slow to take our orders. The hotel was well appointed and very impressive from the outside and the public areas were beautiful. The food was very good. The breakfast was good although the presence of a few flies on the meats and salmon was a little disconcerting. The grounds were beautiful. The spa was nice but the pool small and not really designed for swimming just dipping. The parking was adequate and the concierge were all lovely except one ! and one was indeed very kind to my little dog. Overall a lovely stay and worth 4 stars but with some effort they could achieve 5 stars

Fantastic hotel, great location away from major tourist areas. Staff were incredible and went above and beyond for us. Would stay here again!
