UFOばしのすぐたもと。 エアコンもついていて快適

出かけぎわにドアの鍵がかからないトラブルがあったが、メンテナンスの方がすぐに対応してくれ、10分もかからずに解決しました。シーツ、シャワー共に清潔でとても快適でした。バスタブはなかったです。

最高に綺麗でシンプルなホテル

部屋(３３５号室）からブラティスラヴァ城が見えるし、清潔なのだが水回りが全く駄目。トイレの水が普通にボタンを押しても流れない。試行錯誤でボタンを叩くようにすると少しは流れるが”小”しか使えない。”大”は１階に降りて、共通のトイレを使用した。ここはボタンの形が部屋の戸は異なり確実に水が流れた。また、バスタブであるが お湯を張って暫くしてから風呂に入ろうとするとお湯が全部抜けていた。栓にわずかな隙間があってお湯が漏れるようだ。それで再度お湯を張って全部漏れない内に大急ぎで入るしかなかった。

Nice place. Breakfast was good although we had no AC in our room. We got a fan for the night but it was quite hot. Nice location! Hotel in repairs so no water in lobby. The women at the reception got us 50% refund for our night as there were no AC.

Ótima localização, fizemos todos os passeios a pé.

Fint hotell som ligger midt i smørøyet i Bratislava. Hyggelige resepsjonist, god renhold, fin rom, god frokost, stor treningsrom med alt man trenger til trening. Viktog å vite at assenget koster penger, 15 euro per person, dette visste vi ikke på forhånd. Alt i alt du får valuta for pengene.

Next to the historical city center. We had the appartment which couls easily accomodate 4 persons with view the castle.We also took the spa (offer 10 eur per person, totally worth it). Breakfast was rich but overcrowded. However you could find a place. Nothing to complain.

3 star overall from us. In many areas the hotel meets its 4 star rating, but it fell short in several important areas. Positively the location is great and rooms are smart and modern. We had 4th floor apartments, which were great - albeit the WC location (and absence of a hand basin) is flawed. You have to walk through the bedroom and living area to get to the toilet / wash hands. Fundamental issues that lower our rating were: 1) We arrived at 1415 and were advised neither of our rooms were ready and to come back at 1500. At 1500 the check in queue was massive, literally out the front door. Even the priority queue (for club members) was around 30 minutes. Not really acceptable for a supposedly premium brand. 2) Noise - there is no getting away from the fact the ground floor houses the largest nightclub in Bratislava. Even on the 4th floor you could hear the music beating until 4am Sunday morning. Add to that the noise of drunk people leaving and it will impact your sleep. Furthermore, we experienced banging and hammering two afternoons, that the hotel blamed on nightclub refurbishment. We raised a formal complaint about this that was supposedly referred to the manager, but seemingly completely ignored… 3) Pool access - when we booked back in January no charges were mentioned, but in the interim significant charges have been implemented - 10 euros per person per entry if booked in advance, and 15 euros per person per entry on the day. 4) Long queues and chaotic breakfast.

Aamiainen aika suppea. Vähän syötävää jos ei syö lihaa. Epäkäytännöllinen wc, koska ei käsienpesumahdollisuutta. Piti mennä parin huoneen läpi pesuhuoneeseen pesemään kädet. Ihan järjetöntä. Varavuode natisi. Sijainti hyvä, lähellä kauppakeskus ja vanha kaupunki. Huone oli hyvä iso perhehuone. Hintansa arvoinen.

Alles bestens

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, but one issue left us disappointed. We had paid for access to the wellness area, including the swimming pool. However, when we arrived at the pool, we were denied entry because our access had not been registered in the hotel's system. The staff member at the pool tried to contact the reception, but was unable to reach them because the reception was too busy. The much later the samme day, after I spoke with the reception, they acknowledged the mistake and gave us access to the pool. Unfortunately, by then our children already had other plans, so we were unable to make use of a service we had specifically paid for during our stay. We didnt got refund for 4 people. While I appreciate that the reception resolved the issue the next day, it should not have happened in the first place. Better communication and coordination between the reception and the wellness area would have prevented this inconvenience. Apart from this, the hotel was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, this experience had a negative impact on our overall impression.

Good location with easy access to the old town, castle and other sites. Free upgrade to wellness access was a nice bonus.

Hotellets läge är mycket bra, nära till allt, vilket är ett stort plus. Det enda negativa enligt mig är badrummet. Toaletten och duschen är separata, men toaletten saknar handfat. Det innebär att man inte kan tvätta händerna direkt efter ett toalettbesök, utan måste gå genom rummet till duschdelen för att göra det. Jag tycker att det känns ofräscht och är en klar nackdel.

Det finns vissa saker som skulle kunna vara lite bättre men jag har för lite av erfarenhet av den här hotellkedjan och hur de sätter sina standard

Very helpful staff, good breakfast included, good size of rooms. Very well situated for local exploration as well as ferry trips and bus and tram outings.
