スタッフの方々が皆さんとても親切で、快適に楽しく過ごせました。

スイートに滞在しました 一週間滞在でしたがウォークインクローゼットの引き出しの数が少ないように思いました ドライヤーは危険視からかバスルーム内にコンセントがありませんでしたが数少ないコンセントは髪を乾かす場所ではなく困りました 設備が古いせいかビデの栓は開閉できず使用不可　水道は下水が少し漏れていました スタッフはレストランもフロントもハウスキーピングも感じが良く気持ちよく過ごせました 近くでほとんど買い物は楽しめないので夜だけではなく昼にもセントジュリアン行のシャトルサービスがあればと思います

施設は満足だが、案内がもっと欲しい。 どこが受け入れの窓口で何時から何時まで対応可能なのか表示が少ない。

この価格で、アメニティーもリクエストするまで出てきません。エレベーターは、中間止まり(3階に行くには2階から半階登るか、４階から半階降りるか)。防音のはずが全然建物内の音がする。バスルーム、部屋は小さい。交通の便は良いですが。

部屋も清潔でスタッフもよかったです

　大統領館官邸の前、高級住宅街の中にあり、スリーマ、バレッタ等観光地からは離れている。ホテルの近辺を観光、買い物というわけにはいかない。ただし、ホテルのコーテシィバスがあり、たとえばバレッタには朝、昼、夕と3回往復している。バレッタの門前のバスターミナルまで送り迎えしてくれる。一般のバスに乗る必要なく安心して乗れる。ホテルは外観は古くなってちょっと痛んでいるが、内装は廊下、部屋ともきれい。部屋も十分広く気持ちがいい。アジア料理のレストランがあり、現地の人にはちょっと高いみたいだが、意外とおいしい。スタッフもフレンドリーで感じがいい。

5月に7泊しました。格調のあるホテルです。特にメインレストランのVilla Corinthia は天井が3階分もあるような開放感のある中世の邸宅での食事のようでした。ホテルの全般的な内容は優良なものでした。少々、ハウスキーピングの荒さが目についたことと、羽毛の掛け布団の羽毛の玉が気になりました。

The staff really were very friendly and welcoming. They couldn't do enough to make your stay great.

My wife has issues with lizards so we asked to be moved up to the 3rd floor which they facilitated without any questions.

The hotel is very well presented on all fronts. Staff are very friendly and smiling . Poolside is great. Very clean and organised Great restaurant options offering a great variety of dishes

It was great

Classy and elegant property with a well equipped gym and very close to the airport. Away from Malta’s mass tourists.

The breakfast was excellent as were the staff. One of the restaurants was closed . The secret garden was pleasant but the service left a lot to be desired . The outside entrance to the hotel is very tired and lets the hotel down.

Bathrooms need updating

The only thing that was five star was the price! Room is of an extremely poor quality, threadbare carpet, towels full of holes around the pool area, not enough pool towels or sun beds as they allow day passes in from outsiders etc. you have to ask for simple things like toilet paper and water and often things are missed. Phone didn’t work, shower was hot and cold all the time. Hotel reception simply would say we will get that sorted but never did. We are married and emailed them twice to tell them we wanted a double room and it’s my partners birthday etc and we were given a twin room and then moved to a horror show of a room. Management extremely poor, didn’t offer to sort it out. I would never stay again even if it were free! Stay away!

A beautiful hotel with very friendly, proactive staff. Lots of different dining options. Lovely breakfast and the Italian restaurant was one of the best meals of our Malta stay - the shared seafood starter was amazing! The pool and bar area was excellent too. Lovely indoor bar as well.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel! The staff were really helpful and friendly whenever we had questions. Our room was spacious, clean and a really nice balcony too. The pool space was fantastic with lots of sun loungers and a great pool too. Would highly recommend and would happily stay there again!

Every a hotel should be. 3 weeks went by too quickly.
