Excelente hotel y ubicación

Excelente servicio de todo el personal, la recepcionista nos ayudó hasta para encontrar un celular perdido. La gente tiene excelente actitud y cuidan todos los detalles. Increíble experiencia, regresaría sin duda.

Overall good stay through out my business trip. The only downside is the hotel located quite the outskirt of the city center. Needed to walk at least 10-15 minutes 1km everytime go for lunch or dinner. Other than that, all good for my stay.

This hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from all the main key attractions. We stayed in a classic room and found it more than suitable, it was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast buffet by the way!!

VERY NICE, CLEAN AND GREAT SERVICE

Lovely boutique hotel. The service was outstanding. The rooms are small but nicely done and the ac was amazing since it was incredibly warm outside. Breakfast was perfect.

Loved the river view! It added to the ambience of the total hotel experience there!

This property was excellent! Very clean, close to all activities and service was exceptional. The breakfast which was included had much selection. Our morning was made complete by our server Meli, her attentiveness made breakfast most enjoyable!

I booked a junior suite with river view. At check-in the person at the reception gave us a room without view, saying that they upgraded us. For whatever reason they wanted to make us believe we get a better room. We did not accept that room and insisted that the hotel give us the room we booked. Finally in the evening they gave us the room we initially wanted. disapointing that they treat their customers this way. The evening staff at the reception appologized for the circumstances and we enjoyed the great view on the river.

This is a charming hotel with a wonderful restaurant and live music. It is in a great location, offers great service, and is very clean and modern.

I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful. Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too. Special thanks to Adil for helping with my bags and being so friendly!

Wonderful staff who helped greet us and with luggage. They were kind and helpful. They had great recommendations. Rooms were clean and modern. Perfect location on the river in Florence. Less than a mile walk to all the main atttactions in Florence.

Fabulous staff, Paolo and Adyl were fantastic!

Paolo at the front desk was such a gracious host from the day we checked-in. He was super helpful and attentive to any of our requests, and we were traveling in a large family of 8, with one family member in a wheelchair. His recommendations were always on-point and very enjoyable. The hotel location is also perfect for walking the streets, shopping, dining options, and a great view of the river. And the rooms with balconies were perfect. We would definitely stay there again.
