あまり日本語の口コミがなくサントリーニ島の大型ホテルに不安もありましたが期待以上に良かったです。第一に水回りが広くて清潔、バスタブも広い、水びたしにならない、洗面台は広く快適、バスルーム全体が広く水着などを乾かす場所もある。 第二に食事が美味しい。メインレストランは質も量もよく、朝食も豊富でとても美味しくロケーションもよい。 第三に施設全体に空間的ゆとりがあり、パブリック空間はとても広々としている。プールは水深2.7mまでの部分があり大人も大興奮。ビーチベッドもタオルも借りられる。お部屋は独立したビラタイプ。一階のお部屋と二階がある。大通りに面しているカルデラ側の方が眺めがよいが車の音が気になるかも。プールに面している方は眺めは反対側の海でお部屋も暗めになるけどその分静か。 懸念されているフィラ中心からのアクセスは思ったほど遠くない。バス停から徒歩10分程度でフラット、歩道もある。中心地で一番大きいスーパーで毎日買い出しできるのも便利。スタッフのみなさまもあたたかい。またサントリーニ島にくることがあれば泊まりたい。

朝食のバターが賞味期限切れ、食べ物に明記がないから１つずつ開けないと分からない。イーストの１階は道路側だから、カーテン開けれないしベランダにも誰も出ない。ジェットバスは何が出てくるか気持ち悪いし小さい。街までの途中歩道が無いから老人子供には危険。プールの前は海では無い。 スーパーは近いから便利。フロントの人は親切で良い５星と期待しない方がいい値段が安いから仕方がない。

夜対応の男性スタッフは普通に親切ですが、朝対応の女性スタッフはあまり感じがよくなかったです。3日間滞在し何度か話しましたが、人の話はあまり聞かず、自分の言いたい事だけ話す少しきつい印象を毎回受けました。またチェックアウト前日の夕方に、翌日空港までのタクシーを彼女にお願いしましたが、当日朝、ロビーでタクシーを待っていたら何でそこにいるのかと女性スタッフが私たちの所に聞きに来たので、昨日あなたにタクシー予約をお願いしましたけど、と伝えるとあわててどこかへ電話をしていた。（予約していなかったもよう）結局ホテルスタッフが空港まで送ってくれたのですが、彼女からは一言もありませんでした。フィラはタクシー台数が全体的に足りないとの事なので前もって行きも帰りも予約した方が良いです。 朝食は美味しいです。毎日少しメニューを替えていたり、庭のお花を眺めながら食べられる朝食は優雅です。夜はホテル内のレストランにも行きました。雰囲気も良いし、お魚、サラダ、コーヒーなど美味しかったです。部屋の水回りも綺麗でバスタブも気持よく使えました。 フィラの繁華街まで徒歩10分くらいで、カルフール（スーパー）もありました。 WIFIは最初の2日は使えたが、ラスト一日はほとんど繋がらず。

眺めが良く、プール快適、プールサイドのカフェもリーズナブル。部屋もきれいで快適、アメニティーも揃っている。ホテル全体の雰囲気も良く、落ち着いて過ごせます。お勧めです。

バルコニーからの夕陽、フィラ市街地までの立地等観光としての滞在については申し分ない。しかしながら、ポーターの不出来には幻滅。チェックアウトの際、ポーターが車まで我々のスーツケースを運ぼうとしたところ、ポーターのミスでスーツケースがホテル階段最上部から最下部まで滑り落ちる事故が発生。その際、ポーターは「風が強いからね。スーツケースに傷がなくて良かったね」とのコメント。 そもそもスーツケースは傷だらけであり、風が強いとの認識があるのなら、注意して運ぶべきであるところ、笑って済まされた。もとより謝罪は一言もなし。周りにいた別のホテルマンは唖然とした様子であった。当該ポーターの属人的な問題であることは否めないが、ホテルマン教育の不出来が透けて見えた。 こうしたサービスでこの価格かと思わざるを得なかった。

It has own pool, gim, sona. Wery tidy rooms, staff very helpful also cleaners are doing their job properly. Nice bar, free first meal in the restaurant and variety breakfast menu free every morning. Close to the Santorini centre. Thanks to all staff

Absolutely wonderful staff from the moment we checked in. Incredible service. Excellent location, easy walk to Fora but far enough away from the worst of the crowds and cruise visitors. Lovely breakfast. But it’s the staff and their exceptional service that makes it a perfect choice

The rooms were so beautiful and well maintained. The staff we're so helpful, when we asked of things to do or where to eat that provided a list of them to us. He had a volcano view balcony, which was absolutely stunning on the sunset, magical in every sense, words don't even give it justice you have to see it for yourself. As for the bar if there is a good selection of drinks and food

Ottima struttura, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Struttura bellissima. Vicinissima alla città di Thira, si va a piedi per trovare tutto ciò che vuoi. Bisogna affittare una macchina oppure lo scooter per poter vedere tutte le spiagge dell'isola.

Absolutely loved the hotel and the attentive staff. Great location near to Fira which was a 10 min walk along a decent lit path. Views from the hotel on both sides of the island were stunning. Breakfast was lovely and very relaxing. Pools and sunbeds were lovely, very comfortable and very quiet, no issues in relaxing. Staff were brilliant in all areas. There is a decent gym and games room with free po table and air hockey. Would def return

We had a fantastic stay at The Majestic Hotel. Really great location, walking distance in to Fira and with a wonderful view of the Santorini sunset from the sunset lounge. The staff were all absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Special mention for Elias and the great cocktails at the pool bar.

Very welcoming and hospitable semi check-in process. We were provided with a welcome drink and front desk lady (Christina) provided us with a map of Santorini with key places to see and visit, as well as where to not waste our time seeing. Provided restaurant recommendations and stored our bags until it was time to check-in. When we did check-in, a different front desk lady (Maria) provided us with info on pool restaurant and upper restaurant lounge but did NOT tell us about the included breakfast and where that was located. We missed breakfast the next morning and it wasn't until I checked our reservations that I recalled the hotel had free breakfast and we had to ask Christina our 2nd morning about it and we were supposed to get a free bottle of sparkling wine with each of our rooms which was never given. Besides those 2 mishaps, the hotel is in a good location and the pool area is nice. Don't miss out on the included breakfast as it's a decent spread.

Sehr schöne Anlage und nur ca 10-15 min Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Sauna etwas zu klein, Dampfbad ok. Pools sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location and great hotel for a stay on Santorini. The hotel had fantastic views to watch the sunrise and the sunset. The staff was all extremely polite and very helpful. They took care of everything. The food in both restaurants as well as the bar area by the pool was exceptional. The breakfast had a great variety and was very good as well. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.
