朝食のバターが賞味期限切れ、食べ物に明記がないから１つずつ開けないと分からない。イーストの１階は道路側だから、カーテン開けれないしベランダにも誰も出ない。ジェットバスは何が出てくるか気持ち悪いし小さい。街までの途中歩道が無いから老人子供には危険。プールの前は海では無い。 スーパーは近いから便利。フロントの人は親切で良い５星と期待しない方がいい値段が安いから仕方がない。

夜対応の男性スタッフは普通に親切ですが、朝対応の女性スタッフはあまり感じがよくなかったです。3日間滞在し何度か話しましたが、人の話はあまり聞かず、自分の言いたい事だけ話す少しきつい印象を毎回受けました。またチェックアウト前日の夕方に、翌日空港までのタクシーを彼女にお願いしましたが、当日朝、ロビーでタクシーを待っていたら何でそこにいるのかと女性スタッフが私たちの所に聞きに来たので、昨日あなたにタクシー予約をお願いしましたけど、と伝えるとあわててどこかへ電話をしていた。（予約していなかったもよう）結局ホテルスタッフが空港まで送ってくれたのですが、彼女からは一言もありませんでした。フィラはタクシー台数が全体的に足りないとの事なので前もって行きも帰りも予約した方が良いです。 朝食は美味しいです。毎日少しメニューを替えていたり、庭のお花を眺めながら食べられる朝食は優雅です。夜はホテル内のレストランにも行きました。雰囲気も良いし、お魚、サラダ、コーヒーなど美味しかったです。部屋の水回りも綺麗でバスタブも気持よく使えました。 フィラの繁華街まで徒歩10分くらいで、カルフール（スーパー）もありました。 WIFIは最初の2日は使えたが、ラスト一日はほとんど繋がらず。

眺めが良く、プール快適、プールサイドのカフェもリーズナブル。部屋もきれいで快適、アメニティーも揃っている。ホテル全体の雰囲気も良く、落ち着いて過ごせます。お勧めです。

バルコニーからの夕陽、フィラ市街地までの立地等観光としての滞在については申し分ない。しかしながら、ポーターの不出来には幻滅。チェックアウトの際、ポーターが車まで我々のスーツケースを運ぼうとしたところ、ポーターのミスでスーツケースがホテル階段最上部から最下部まで滑り落ちる事故が発生。その際、ポーターは「風が強いからね。スーツケースに傷がなくて良かったね」とのコメント。 そもそもスーツケースは傷だらけであり、風が強いとの認識があるのなら、注意して運ぶべきであるところ、笑って済まされた。もとより謝罪は一言もなし。周りにいた別のホテルマンは唖然とした様子であった。当該ポーターの属人的な問題であることは否めないが、ホテルマン教育の不出来が透けて見えた。 こうしたサービスでこの価格かと思わざるを得なかった。

Amazing location

Realmente se siente una tranquilidad inmensa, a solo 5 minutos de Fira, todo el staffing son de maravilla, muy buen desayuno, servicio y comida

Great location. Only a ~10 min walk from Fira's "center" for shopping/eating. Benefit of having privacy, avoiding tourists constantly walking by if you book a room on the cliffs.

You have to be careful when you book this hotel, it is listed 5 star property, but actually it is not, there are plenty of properties around the area, higher standard and same or cheaper price, the rooms are old, the bathroom is old and 1st time I see head shower is from side wall not ceiling , the bed room (Maisonette) is upstairs, the stairs to go up is very risky , especially for people with health issues, the bed is very uncomfortable , the breakfast was very poor, I stayed in Athens and Mykonos prior to Santorini in similar level properties, there is no way of comparison. Not worth money.

Hotel is well located. 10 min walking distance from Fira city center. Hotel has a nice pool but we initially were in a room with volcano view and it was very noisy. Rooms definitely need a refresh. But beds were comfortable. We asked to change to a sea view and it wasn’t as noisy.

The resort like hotel is right on the sea front with volcano view, big rooms and bathroom, balcony, staff was excellent especially Christina and then the breakfast was good with fresh eggs to order and the staff there was very efficient and courteous. They extended our check out till 2.30 and didn't charge extra...the gym and games rooms were nice too...overall a great place to stay very close to Fira and I would love to go back there ..10 out of 10...

Staff was very supportive. The pool and the bar were nice and clean. The room was good. I was expecting a better breakfast buffet for a 5 star hotel! Easy walk to fira town center.

The hotel had the look of a 5 star but felt like a 3 star. 1. For a 5 star hotel and the amount paid, I was shocked to find out that bottled water wasn't even complimentary - I've stayed in many hotels (3* - 5*) and bottled water has always been complimentary. 2. Again, for a 5 star hotel, there was no iron available in the room. Had to make a call and use a shared one. 3. We were 2 guests in one room yet the amenities were for 1 guest only. Again, never come across this in any other hotel I've stayed at over the years. 4. They don't put out UHT milk in the rooms, only coffee creamer. Had to ask the bar for milk, was an inconvenience. 5.

The setting of the hotel was amazing. We had fabulous views of the caldera in Santorini. The room was very spacious with adequate storage for our three day stay. The breakfast was great. The staff made fresh omelets for you if you did not like the ready made scrambled eggs. As far as the rest of the buffet, every day they cooked different things. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had been in touch with them before we arrived and they always answered all of my questions, and did everything possible to make sure we had a wonderful time during our stay at the Majestic.

The hotel was so clean, staff were very welcoming, the pool was amazing especially the heated pool for our baby. We would highly recommend the Majestic hotel if you are visiting Santorini

Very nice and comfortable hotel within walking distance from Fira. Property is beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Met the manager at check-in, very pleasant lady who paid attention to every detail. I saw her again twice during breakfast checking the buffet making sure everything was at its best. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent and friendly. We would like to come back again. The property was nice in general, but little bit an issue while taking bath. The space was slightly congested

As a family of 3-myself, husband and 16 yr old son we enjoyed our stay. We had the room with the loft above and it worked out good. The pool was only open a couple days because of weather but the water was too cold to go in anyways. We enjoyed laying in the sun on the lounge chairs enjoying a cocktail from the bar. The bar staff is great! very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was so good! Excellent quality of food and the choices changed slightly everyday. Great perk and helped save some money for sure. The location is just outside of Fira-easy 5 minute walk to town. I would stay here again and would recommend.

They served a welcome refreshment during checkin. Staff was friendly and baggage was delivered to room while we completed our checkin. A tour of the facilities before heading to our room too! Breakfast was spectacular- plenty of options - bountiful buffet and you could order omelets. Coffee or Cappuccinos made to your liking. Nice pool with bar for the afternoons. They can assist with transportation if needed too.

Overall a great experience.
