朝食のバターが賞味期限切れ、食べ物に明記がないから１つずつ開けないと分からない。イーストの１階は道路側だから、カーテン開けれないしベランダにも誰も出ない。ジェットバスは何が出てくるか気持ち悪いし小さい。街までの途中歩道が無いから老人子供には危険。プールの前は海では無い。 スーパーは近いから便利。フロントの人は親切で良い５星と期待しない方がいい値段が安いから仕方がない。

夜対応の男性スタッフは普通に親切ですが、朝対応の女性スタッフはあまり感じがよくなかったです。3日間滞在し何度か話しましたが、人の話はあまり聞かず、自分の言いたい事だけ話す少しきつい印象を毎回受けました。またチェックアウト前日の夕方に、翌日空港までのタクシーを彼女にお願いしましたが、当日朝、ロビーでタクシーを待っていたら何でそこにいるのかと女性スタッフが私たちの所に聞きに来たので、昨日あなたにタクシー予約をお願いしましたけど、と伝えるとあわててどこかへ電話をしていた。（予約していなかったもよう）結局ホテルスタッフが空港まで送ってくれたのですが、彼女からは一言もありませんでした。フィラはタクシー台数が全体的に足りないとの事なので前もって行きも帰りも予約した方が良いです。 朝食は美味しいです。毎日少しメニューを替えていたり、庭のお花を眺めながら食べられる朝食は優雅です。夜はホテル内のレストランにも行きました。雰囲気も良いし、お魚、サラダ、コーヒーなど美味しかったです。部屋の水回りも綺麗でバスタブも気持よく使えました。 フィラの繁華街まで徒歩10分くらいで、カルフール（スーパー）もありました。 WIFIは最初の2日は使えたが、ラスト一日はほとんど繋がらず。

眺めが良く、プール快適、プールサイドのカフェもリーズナブル。部屋もきれいで快適、アメニティーも揃っている。ホテル全体の雰囲気も良く、落ち着いて過ごせます。お勧めです。

バルコニーからの夕陽、フィラ市街地までの立地等観光としての滞在については申し分ない。しかしながら、ポーターの不出来には幻滅。チェックアウトの際、ポーターが車まで我々のスーツケースを運ぼうとしたところ、ポーターのミスでスーツケースがホテル階段最上部から最下部まで滑り落ちる事故が発生。その際、ポーターは「風が強いからね。スーツケースに傷がなくて良かったね」とのコメント。 そもそもスーツケースは傷だらけであり、風が強いとの認識があるのなら、注意して運ぶべきであるところ、笑って済まされた。もとより謝罪は一言もなし。周りにいた別のホテルマンは唖然とした様子であった。当該ポーターの属人的な問題であることは否めないが、ホテルマン教育の不出来が透けて見えた。 こうしたサービスでこの価格かと思わざるを得なかった。

Friendliest staff ever, lovely and quiet in October, immaculately clean, great breakfast, complimentary bottle of fizz with our Expedia booking and less than 10 minutes walk to Fira. We booked a Caldera view … didn’t realise that also overlooked the road so if we stay again I’ll book a non-Caldera view. No hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thanks for a great holiday.

Friendly staff, great amenities and pool.

Nice hotel but they didn’t explain how to operate the air conditioner on the 2nd floor and I had to ask for the mattress on the pull out couch to be switched because it was way too soft and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Very disappointed to learn on our last day that we can oils have ordered breakfasts à La carts instead of buffet and apparently this was an option we could have chosen every day because breakfast was included. Instead I never ate at all because I dislike buffet style breakfasts.

5-10 minute walk to two great beaches. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast.

The rooms are clean but it definitely not 5 star. The ahoqers anee old but there is a jacuzzi tub. The TV didnt work and they never fixed it.

The Majestic Hotel is a beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff who are always friendly and welcoming. The pool area is large with plenty of sitting . Our room was very spacious with a Hugh balcony where we could see the sunset every evening . The bathroom was very clean and a good size . We had breakfast included in our room booking and it was amazing!!! The staff there were incredible . Insgesamt sehr gutes Hotel, allerdings nicht so modern wie es online aussieht. Diverse Möbel/Geräte im Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksauswahl ist gross und das Hotel überzeugt mit seiner Nähe zu Fira (ca. 10min zu Fuss). Ebenfalls nett fanden wir, dass uns ein Late-Check-out gestattet wurde.

Great option, 10 minutes from town with views of sunset and sunrise. The service staff was amazing, Amin and his bar tender at night and Dora and her colleague in the morning had smiles and no request was not tended to very quickly. I really appreciated my stay and believe you will too!

My room was lovely - but roadside which could be a little noisy. However views were fabulous! The hotel staff were fantastic - always helpful & friendly - they’re a real credit. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great hotel just outside the busy town of Fira. Excellent pool, friendly and helpful staff, modern gym, and lovely rooms. Perfect for some time relaxing when we weren't out exploring the island. Easily walkable to Fira town where there are loads of shops and restaurants
