受付の担当者は、チェックイン時もアウト時も、よい雰囲気でした。規程より早めにチェックインの連絡をしていて、大丈夫よ！と心良い返事をもらってたのですが、行ってみると、ホテルの入る前に、まずカギのかかった門が。ちょうど入る住人がいたので一緒に入れてもらったのですが…。あとで聞いたら、門の横のインターホンを鳴らしたらいいよ、とか、出るときは、横のスイッチ押したら開くよ、とか教えてもらいました。先にメールで教えてほしかった！と思います。 朝食は、野菜はトマトしかありませんが、バラエティ豊か。ナポリ名物の甘いデザートもありました。 シングルに泊まりましたが、狭いながらも必要なものは揃ってます。エアコンも、リモコンのふたが取れてましたが動作はバッチリ。ただ、シャワーのお湯の温度も勢いもイマイチ…。寒い日なんで、風邪ひかないように、暖房をしっかり効かせ乗り切りました。 朝食を終え、チェックアウト前に部屋でちょっとゆっくりしてたら、部屋の掃除の人がまわってきました。まだ部屋にいるのをみたら、まだいいよー、と言ってましたが、朝ゆっくりしたかったら、ちょっと落ち着かないかも？ でもまあ、感じよかったし、海外ホテルでこの値段で考えたらら、良い方の評価になると思います。

交通至便。3泊した間、歩き回って観光や食べるのに最高でした。朝食も良かったです。

A very good location. The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing. Just a short walk from Dante Metro station. The staff was very helpful.

Located in the downtown but looks safe. It is very convenient for tourism and buying daily needs. I could feel like a local life in Naples. In the hotel, it is not like local. It is very modern. I like owner's decoration but it is depends.

The hotel was in the historic centre of Naples within easy walking distance of many attractions. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were spotless.

Pienen, ränsistyneen kadun varressa oleva oikein mukava hotelli. Äänieristys olematon eli korvatulpat kannattaa ottaa mukaan. Suihku ja wc erikoisesti sijoitettu yläkertaan. Ei sovi huonojalkaisille. Metro aivan hotellin vieressä. Erikoinen sisustus plussaa.

Jeg fikk rommet veldig tidlig på dagen. Dem hadde adapter jeg trengte og super kart. Wifi var god. Meget bra frokost i mine øyne. Vet ikke hva det er med Italia men dem spiser kaker til frokost. Og det testa jeg selvsagt. Kakene var fantastiske. Stor deilig seng. Bra dusj. Nært metro og den lange gå gaten. Fine lokaler og kul designe inne på hotellet.

Hôtel moderne très bien situé, à proximité immédiate du centre ville, dans une arrière-cour calme. Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et très propre, adossée à la falaise de tuf. Petit déjeuner varié servi jusqu'à 10h. Très bon rapport qualité prix !

Hôtel très bien situé, le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Le petit déjeuner très bon avec des fruits frais et de bonnes pâtisserie. Le lit et l'oreiller sont peu durs pour moi. Je recommande.

The location is not the best but once inside the hotel is very nice. The staff goes above and beyond and the rooms were very clean

Convenient location for many of the sites in the historical center of Naples, with an inner courtyard which offers a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The quirky design features were also a nice change from the typical hotel, although the art and color schemes might not appeal to everyone.

The hotel is close to the metro, around 7-10 minutes and also close to spaccanapoli. The hotel is clean, the ataff was nice and the breakfast was good.

Hotel was clean, quiet and in a very central location. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. Highly recommend!
