高価格(5つ星)だけの価値は十分ある。 設備、スタッフのクオリティーも高い

歩けばすぐ何でもあって便利。駅も近いし、階段あるけど港にも歩ける。立地は問題なし。景色も最高。バスタブあるお風呂は、スクリーンが半分しかなくてシャワーが全部床に跳ねてべちゃべちゃになっちゃうのが残念。な以外不満な点はないのだけど、何故だろう。スタッフの対応が、型にはまったというか、一線を引いてるというか、イマイチ親身になってくれてないというか、なんとなく事務的なものに見えてしまった。あんな高いお金払ったのに、エレベーター出てすぐの階数も低い部屋だったのも残念。他の人はもっと高いお金払ったのかな。まあ要するに、微妙にアジア人差別的なものを感じたという訳です。気のせいならごめんなさい。

景色最高。 部屋もゴージャス。

プライベートビーチ付き。 カプリ島行きの港も徒歩圏で非常に便利。 朝、夕の食事付きも嬉しい。 朝は豪華なビュッフェ、夜はコース料理。 疲れて帰ってきたときにさっと食べにいけるので大変助かりました。 客室は清潔でしたが、少し古く感じました。

ホテルスタッフの対応は良く、部屋も清潔だったが海沿いのホテルにも関わらずオーシャンビューの部屋ではなかったのが残念。

Thinking private beach is necessary at beach resort like Sorrent, you should a hotel like this as I chose . Though facade is not great, inside is typical traditional luxurious hotel at the tradiotional sightseeing resort in Italy.Public space including dining room, many coffee spaces around the hotel, tropical garden and breakfast are superb. Private beach is quiet and good for shesta. All facilities are good.Everything is equivalent to the standard 5 star hotel rate. But do escape to book the 1st floor rooms (2nd floor in American or Japanese) situated on the doning room 'cause noisy on Friday night! Also you should book sea view room.I do not hesitate to pay more E200 for sea view of Napoli bay than for mountain view. The hotel is also convenient to railway station, port and city centre. All are in 10 minutes walk, except you should use a public lift for the port.

徒歩５分のところに買い物・レストランとジェラートがいっぱいの商店街があり、とても便利です。

立地は良く、空港からも行きやすいです。サービスは悪くないし、ちゃんと朝の朝食バッグも用意してくれました。ホテルの朝食自体は素晴らしかったです。プライベートビーチとプールは良かったです。ベッドのシーツは快適でした。

海が直結でプールがあります。またスーパーや食事も近くでできるので、その点を評価する方にお勧めです。個人的にはAmalfiの後に行ったこともあり、値段を考えるとちょっともったいなかったかなと思っています。決して悪いホテルではありません。

まず、チェックインの時に宿泊料金の半額をデポジットとしてカードで切るように言われましたが、その際の説明が非常に分かりにくく、納得できないものでした。また、部屋に栓抜きが無かったので、フロントに直接借りに行ったところ、「部屋以外で持込の飲み物を飲んではいけません」と注意されました。そんな常識的なことは、十分に分かっています。実に失礼な態度でした。私がビールを直接持っていったのは、「栓抜き」にあたる英語に自信が無かったからです。栓抜きはバーで借りるように言われましたが、場所がわからずロビーをウロウロしていたら、フロントスタッフが来て鋏で栓を開けてくれましたが、「こんなことは初めての経験です」「マダム、持込みのピザやビールを部屋で食べてはいけません」と注意されました。たまたま疲れていたので、テイクアウトにしたのですが、とても悲しい思い出です。

駅からも港からも近くて便利なホテル。ランチにプールサイドで食べたパスタも絶品。部屋からの景色はあまり良くなかったけど、フロントの対応も新設で良かったです。

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff greeted us with smiles and welcomes every time we came across anyone. The terrace bar had an amazing view and great service. The breakfast was presented well but only adequate. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. As first time visitors we went on tours daily and all started at the bus depot almost across the street. Downtown was an easy 5 minute walk to shopping and a volume of restaurants, but before you go anywhere ask the staff. Mauro provided some fabulous restaurants and Marlo told us his favorite quick restaurant that was only a 2 minute walk and quite good. We were extremely happy with everything about Regis hotel! Highly recommended!

The hotel is perfectly located next to the town center. It has a beautiful dining room that offers an amazing breakfast. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very pretty – we had a brand new bathroom that had just been renovated. The amenities are wonderful and the outdoor terrace is of course spectacular! A really great stay!

Room was nice and clean. Staff fantastic. And we enjoyed the pleasent bar and their good drinks.

Small outdoor Spa. To cold for use. Its not really a spa hotel.
