オーシャンビューにアップグレードしてもらって本当に良かった。部屋からの眺めが本当に素晴らしい。これだけで宿泊する価値があると思います。こちらの英語力にも問題があると思いますがスタッフとはうまくコミュニケーションできませんでした。朝食は味も種類もイマイチでした。朝食はあまり期待しない方がいいとおもいます。ソレント駅に到着後ホテルから事前にもらった地図を頼りにシャトルバスのバス停を探しましたが、地図がわかりにくく人に聞きながら偶然(に近い)バス出発直前にたどり着きました。

My room had one of the most beatiful views ever. Shutter trip to Sorrento were very convenient and on time. Service at the front desk did everything possible to facilitate day trips to several places. Everything on time. I felt like everything was taylored for me.

Hotel provided an upgrade with a balcony of all of Sorrento, Naples, and Mt. Vesuvius. Loved and appreciated it.

Great location but far from everything, they have shuttle but once an hour which is not very convenient

The hotel was amazing - the staff was very accommodating and the views were great. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They really make you feel tended to and are lovely people. The rooms could have been cleaner - found some small hairs around that could have been easily vacuumed. Outside of that, loved the room. The hotel breakfast is OK decent variety and a pretty robust juice jar. There could have been some cut fruit out (they had apples to go), and some more gluten free / vegetarian options. The pool is massive and clean. Very easy to find a chair to lay out on. The hotel offers a shuttle to downtown Sorrento, but it is very packed. Try to get in line early. Worst case, you can take a cab but that will cost you around 30€. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view of the bay of Naples from the Hotel. The shuttle to and from town was excellent allowed us to visit town for ahopping/dinner without the addrd expense of a cab fare each way. Pool and service was excellent...we will be back.

The food at the restaurant and the service were top notch, the staff is very professional and charming. The rooms are well lit and plenty of amenities.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was excellent, and the bus driver was the nicest person. We enjoyed a great view of the ocean from our rooms, and we will definitely return. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the music at night was fun.

What an uncredible stay. The staff was super helpful. Carlos at reception was so nice and friendly. The staff at breakfast was very organized, and the breakfast buffet was good. The hotel itself is so beautiful and grand, i would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in sorrento. We had a Seaview room and it was worth the extra cost. The mornings were so serene on the balcony of our room and the evening you can see all the lights and mountains. The room was bright and super clean. There is a shuttle that takes you from the hotel to Sorrento (downtown). The pool is amazing!!! While you swim you can see the mountains and beautiful views. It waa clean and the water wasnt freezing. I loved my stay and highly highly recommend it to anyone!

Lovely property, beautiful views, pool is great always have sun beds . The gym was surprisingly good , would be good to give some water in the gym. We liked the fact that it was a short shuttle to sorrento so you have best of both. Food unfortunately at lunch and bar was not good but we ate chips and snacks only

We had a fantastic stay here!! Beautiful views, wonderful staff, easy shuttle to and from Sorrento. The pool was beautiful, we stayed with our family and it was great. Big rooms for a family of 4 highly recommend. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful views to stay. We enjoyed staying with our 9 years old daughter. The only downside for us was it's far from the center of Sorrento. Although the hotel included shuttle bus, the schedule is no frequent enough. The hotel is not safe for walking distance. Other than that, the breakfast was great! Dinner was delicious. Staff were excellent!!

Pros: staff friendly, rooms are clean, large, bright, quiet, shower pressure great. I had balcony, sea view room where the view was spectacular. Huge pool with lots of lounge chairs available. Cons: food was ok only 1 restaurant though. While offer of a shuttle into town is a nice perk, as it is Not really walkable area to Sorrento city center, the shuttle schedule was too long between runs.. every 1/2 hour would be better. People would be pushing their way onto the shuttle most runs and some people could not get on.. inconsistent enforcement whether allowing people to stand or not.. Towards the end of the trip they had a larger bus so this was improved... not sure if temporary or permanent fix.. cab ride was 20-25 euros if you didn’t want to wait for the shuttle Overall, I would likely stay here again but shuttle needs to be improved for higher rating.
