スタッフの感じもよく、部屋はそれなりに快適でした。ホテルの周囲が夜非常にうるさいのと、朝食のセッティングに清潔感がなかったのがマイナスポイントです。

フロントの対応、ベルボーイの対応は凄い感じがよかった。しかしディナーも朝食もウェイターの対応がよくない(-_-) 部屋は普通だが、壁が薄く隣の外国人のXxXが激しいのが筒抜けだった。 コンセントの数も少ないのでモバイル充電に困る。コンセント変換アダプターを忘れたことメールしたが、一週間経つがまだ連絡なし。

受付のスタッフは英語が話せ、丁寧な対応。ロビーには、別の案内係の女性が居て、非常にフレンドリー。ベルボーイも親切で、愛想が良い。部屋はそれ程広くは無いが、十分な広さで、何よりも清潔で掃除が行き届いている。バレンタインの前日だった為か、バスルームにバラの花びらを散りばめていたのが、お洒落。ホテル内のレストランの味とサービスの質の高さは、感動もの！客筋は殆ど欧米人だったが、非常に日本人向けするホテルだと思う。

マラケシュ旧市街の活気と混沌にすっかり疲れ果てていた身体をしっかり癒してもらいました。SPAも体験、ちょっと力が強めで痛かったのですが、十分に癒されました。ホテルの食事も非常においしく、リゾットを食べたのですが人生で一番うまいリゾットをまさかモロッコで食べることになるとは思いませんでした。満足です。ぜひお薦めしたいと思います。

Ottima posizione nella zona dei locali di Marrakech e della movida notturna. Servizi nella norma. Camere ampie spaziose alcune danno all’interno quindi vista non granché

Belles chambres , surtout la 302 , tout confort, eaux minérales et accueil fruits frais, beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner et gentillesse du personnel, pour moi un tout petit bémol , les rideaux de ma chambre luxe mal fixés et pas très esthétiques… Sinon très pratique, des taxis , un distributeur et un bureau de change au pied de l’hôtel

Perfect location! An easy 15 minute walk into the Medina but out of the hustle. In a beautiful and safe area. The hotel staff was very good overall. The patio for our unit was not very clean but other areas were excellent. The breakfast buffet was varied and all items were delicious.

The hotel needs a good makeover. Advertised as a 5-star hotel but more like a 3-star hotel very disappointing and no AC.

Morgen mad var god , poolen var virkelig kold . Personalet virkelig venlige og hjælpe somme .men der var rigtig meget larm pga ombygning.

Soukaina looked after us really well showed me the way to the mall and went over and beyond to help us she was super friendly and caring she made the experience great. The only downside to this hotel was that the sewage system was off I think there was a foul smell 14/7 and the hotel needs a bit of renovation tbf! But the location was deffo my fave might not be for everyone tho, depends on what kinda place u like to eat at for example.

Excellent staff and service let down by amenities that are getting old and not really at the price level. First room, the water was leaking from the toilet onto the floor; staff very promptly changed my rooms and in this one there was no hot water at the tap only for the shower. Breakfast food really bad and bland. One morning they forgot to bring my ordered omelette, next morning took them 25 min to make it! Rooms are just about OK for a 3 star hotel.

No climate control in the room that worked properly. No A/C. Tried to turn heat off but didn’t help. Hot and hard to sleep for all 3 nights

Stayed for 3 nights B & B. Twin room clean, very comfortable, and quiet. Great breakfast. Ate in the hotel restaurant on the first evening. Nice atmosphere. with good service, food and wine. Fantastic steam and "signature" massage -thanks to Towia and Nonhaila. Definitely recommend. Perfect location. Easy 5 minute walk to the Medina. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good comms prior to arrival from reception / concierge. Good service all around. Rooftop bar and restaurant closed for refurbishment. Small pool but didnt use.

Great stuff nice, cozy and clean rooms but sound proof need to be improved.
