Everything was perfect. 15-20min ride to the BOM domestic terminal with light traffic.

部屋がせまい。 設備設計が古い。 フロントだけが豪華。 別のホテルでも良いかと思うというか、また宿泊はしないだろう。

いつものマリオット・サハーが取れずに今回はこちらに宿泊。 空港からは約３０分でホテルに到着。本当にビーチフロント。サハーより古いが建物は大きく立派。部屋はサハーの方が広い。朝食のメニューは劣らず豊富。客層としてはほとんどが観光客でビジネスは少ない。 滞在は快適でした。

ムンバイのJuhuビーチから徒歩圏内に位置する豪華なホテル。特にロビーがゆったりとしていて高級感を醸し出しており、リッチな気分で滞在できた。値段もそれなりに高かったが、記念日を過ごすために予約、滞在したので、満足している。夕食に利用したレストランもおいしかった。Juhuビーチというムンバイでは有名な観光スポットの１つのすぐ近くなのであるが、周辺がきわめて不潔、危険な雰囲気で朝散歩に出たが、すぐに引き返した。

インドは40回以上ですが私の中で5スターです。

インドの田舎に住んでいるのでリラックス目的で滞在しました。 久しぶりにお風呂に浸かれることを期待したのですが、バスタブのあるお部屋はスイートを含め5部屋しかないそうです。 朝食ブッヘは8割インド料理。もっとインターナショナルなお料理を増やしてもいいかと思いました。

出張でよく行くムンバイへ家内と二人で骨休めに行って来ました。前日まではタジマハールパレスホテルに泊まっていたのですが、朝のフライトをキャッチするには飛行場から遠いので、渋滞リスクも考慮して一泊だけこのＪＷマリオットに宿泊しました。飛行場に近く、またビーチに面したリゾートタイプのホテルで雰囲気は悪くないです。プールもスパも悪くないと思います。子連れの宿泊客が多くちょっと騒々しかったです。エグゼクティブルームということでラウンジが使用出来たのですが、カクテルタイムのおつまみが充実していてタンド—リチキンが美味でした。ロビーレベル一つ下のレストランの朝食も良かったです。オーシャンビューということで期待していましたが、ホテルの部屋はほぼ全室がオーシャンビュー、但し斜めアングルの小さな窓から海が見えるというだけで、雄大な眺めが期待出来る部屋はごく一部だけのようでした。我々の部屋も小さな窓があるだけでした。バスルームはシャワーだけでバスタブはなかったです。部屋は清潔でしたが、インドっぽっかったのは、机の下にゴキブリがひっくり返って転がっていたことです。つまみあげたらまだ生きていてびっくり、トイレに流しました。部屋代に含まれる飛行場送迎の車がアウディなので、最後にちょっと得した気分になれます。

夜着いたのでよくわからなかったけど、海はあまり見えないし、建物は古いし、クラブルームなのに、ショック。ただ、歩いてすぐ、海があったので、散歩できた。

空港から近く非常に利用しやすい サービスも非常によかった ただし、携帯の電波環境が悪くつながりにくかった。

Disappointed with room

The staff are very helpful. Even with the renovation work going on it was a calm oasis.

Wonderful well meaning staff, but let down my the marketing and sales team. Unfortunately- while they changed my room a painting i always carry from my child was lost. Very unhappy about that. Great front desk attendant in Abhishek V Meant well, but let down by other key departments. Wont be staying again.

The hotel’s prime location made it easy to connect to either side of Mumbai, which was very convenient. Despite the busy and crowded environment, check-in was smooth, and from start to finish, I felt genuinely well looked after. So much so that I chose to extend my stay for an additional full week. It’s truly the staff who make a remarkable difference here. With their smiling faces, warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel special every step of the way. There wasn't a single moment during my visit where I felt disappointed or let down. My room was excellent!

All was excellent except the too high Air Conditioning. To eat at the restaurants one needs a jumper or a coat. Have Marriott Hotels never heard of a thermostat? A pleasant 22C with air conditioning would have been comfortable and fine.
