wifiのユーザー名からアクセス・アクションしても繋がなく、レセプションのスタッフに相談し、対応求めても、冷たい対応で解決出来ず。 部屋のトイレでトイレットペーパーを使用し、流すも流れないため、2日間途方にくれました。

清潔で良いホテルです。

中心地 ショッピング、観光エリアまで徒歩で行ける便利な立地。 ホテル内は改装したようで清潔。 部屋も清潔で綺麗。 スタッフは英語対応、サービスよく、 親切、丁寧。 又宿泊したい。

到着時にフロントでシャンパンのサービスがありました。 チェックイン時間前でしたが、部屋に入れてもらえて助かりました。 部屋のお掃除の方の対応がとてもよかったです。 セントロのLa campana まで徒歩5分、アルメダが目の前で地理的に便利でした。

もういきません部屋はくらいし最低でした

観光には　主だったところは　全部　近距離で　便利。

奥まっていて場所は分かりにくいですが、雰囲気は抜群でした。 中庭も、ロビーのインテリアもとても良かったです。部屋もきれいで快適。 朝飯にチョリソーや、焼きリンゴなどちょっとした名物があるのが嬉しかったです。

Wonderful hotel in a great location!! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, taken care of and ready to assist with whatever you might need! We didn't make it to the restaurant but it smelled amazing, I wish we had. The room was incredible!! We had a separate living area, lots of amenities. The bed was comfortable and legit working air conditioning (which is difficult to find in Europe) Would absolutely recommend!!

Everything about this place was amazing. The location, the staff, the hotel itself. I couldn’t ask for a better hotel to stay at and better staff. Thank you so much!! Will definitely be coming back!!

Hotel was spotless and the staff all friendly. The breakfast had a good choice, maybe more vegetarian/vegan choices needed. On leaving for the airport before breakfast opened, they packed us up a picnic to take with us, which was a lovely touch. Prices at the bar were reasonable and bar staff very attentive. The pool maybe small and not suitable for swimming but was amazing when coming back from a full day in the heat! We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

My son & I had a nice stay at the hotel in Seville! The staff are amazing, the room, the grounds and pool were very clean. The bed was comfortable and it's very centrally located. Thank you 😊

What I liked about this hotel was the attitude at the reception and their welcoming us by offering a glass of good Cava ::D This is first and wont be forgotten! The internet was fast but I did not have the chance to take the breakfast but I saw on morning it was looking fabulous! Wish I had the breakfast I have a little regret after ..The location was close to center shopping area and some tourist attractions, the room was clean and there's tooth brush set as well. Very comfy bed, warm bath water.. I absolutely advice to my friends and definetly stay here if I ever come back to Sevilla again. Love the hotel!!

Lobby is very beautiful. Staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast bar offered a great variety especially pastries! I would stay here again.

A bit outside the Seville city core, but great service and very comfortable. I got food poisoning on my last day in Seville (nothing to do with the hotel, per se), and we had about a hour to get to the train station after check out time. The hotel was accommodating and allowed me to stay in room a bit past the check out time. It is a gigantic relief in times when you feel like throwing up any minute!
