机の広さ、バスタブ付き

空港からタクシーで36ユーロでした。ロストバゲージした際にフロントのスタッフの方に受け取りなど、助けて頂きました。 バスタブ、ポット、冷蔵庫有りです。小さなジムもあります。近くにケーブルカーの乗り場があり、そのそばにスーパーもあります。ミネラルウォーターも毎日サプライしてもらえました。朝食はシャンパン？や、バスクの特産のチーズやスイーツもありました。お勧めです。

旧市街、新市街、美術館へも便利

部屋が大変広く、設備も良い。従業員の対応も非常に良い。朝食も種類が多くおいしかった。旧市街のタパスバー街からも近く、観光に便利な立地。受付が部屋をグレードアップしてくれたので、川と綺麗な街路樹を見渡せる上の階から、ビールを飲みながら、ゆったりと過ごすことが出来た。

スーパーでワインを買ったので、フロントへワインオープナーを借りに行きました。フロントの男性スタッフは私にワインオープナーを手渡した後、「ちょっと待ってください、２名ですよね。」と言い残し、小走りにレストランへ向かい、ワイングラスを２つ持ってきてくれました。なんという気遣いでしょう。ホテルだけでなく、スペインの印象が素敵なものとなりました。ありがとう。また行きます。

ホテルも綺麗。スタッフの対応も優しくわかりやすい。グッケンハイムは歩いて10分、河べりの散歩も気持ちいい。レストランスーパーも5分以内。 モノレールの近い。 暮らすようにステイしました。

川沿いで散歩が楽しめて、歩いて旧市街などにも行ける。静かで落ち着いてもいて楽しめました。

美術館へ歩いて数分、トラムの駅も橋を渡って目の前のため便利。

グッゲンハイム美術館まで歩いてすぐです。ホテルに近いスピズリ橋を渡り、散歩がてら出かけると気持ちよかったです。市中心部のモユア広場や繁華街も徒歩圏内なので、観光にはとても便利でした。また利用したいです。

このホテルはコスパがとても良いです。泊まったお部屋は値段はとてもリーズナブルなのに、ベッドルームとリビングエリアが区切られていて、出窓部分には１人掛け用のソファーと、ダイニングテーブルセットまでありました。

The women at the front desk were delightful. The communication via email was excellent. We enjoyed our Jr Suite with view of the river and trees. The colored glass brightened the room on cloudy days, but could be blocked by black out shades if desired. The sofa bed was not comfortable to sit on and the carpet rather worn.

Don't stay in room 408. The electrical plugs are really slow and the outlets are broken. It is right next to the stairwell and the maids are slamming the doors all the time. Additionally, the closet doors in the rooms are not constructed well and they slam automatically. I brought up these issues with the front desk about the electrical issues in room 408 and asked if I might have another room and they said they'd get back to me. Of course there was no follow through and when I did ask it just blew me off. So we paid about $100 a night under a special deal so perhaps it's you get what you pay for. I'm not sure any of the rooms in this hotel are super nice but it is a convenient location. Crazy people yelling at night and you can hear bottles breaking in the morning when they come to recycle. No restaurant service in the hotel they only serve buffet. Staff is nice but unresponsive and no follow through.

Hotel is 10 min walk yo the Guggenheim Museum and 20 min to the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the room itself was disappointing, especially for a triple occupancy. It was quite small, and the beds were not very comfortable. The overall condition of the room felt worn, with older materials that didn’t match the price point. There were also some practical issues—there were flies in the room, and basic amenities were lacking. There were no USB charging ports, no complimentary water, and no fridge, which we would normally expect at this level. Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the room quality and amenities did not meet our expectations for the price.

Muy buena ubicación, muy atento el personal, buena habitación. Solo mencionar que fueron unos dias en que hizo mucho calor en Bilbao (mas de lo habitual para la fecha) y el aire acondicionado no estaba habilitado "porque no era temporada"

The scrambled eggs are breakfast need a rethink. A large pot of vaguely scrambled eggs isnt very appealing. We also had a top floor room, which got very warm during the day. Probably needs some external shutters

Less than 10 minutes away from Guggenheim museum. Nice room with view on the river. Good breakfast.
