チェックイン時フロントスタッフが１人しかいなくて、３０分以上待たされた。 部屋は広く快適だった。 Wi-fiはフロントでしか使えない。 食事は良かった。 ダイビングのショーが毎日ありタダで観られた。 フロントスタッフをもっと教育した方が良い。

エルミラドールはアカプルコの旧市街地の中に存在しており、地元の生活、雰囲気を味わいたい方にはお勧めです。 また、ホテル前にタクシーがいますので、遠出したいときでも問題はないと感じました。 そらに、このホテルの最大の長所として、隣接するレストランから食事をしながら、かつ最高の席でアカプルコ名物の高さ30メートルの崖から飛び込むショーをみることができます。これだけでもこのホテルを活用する利点はあるのではと感じました。 なお、短所としてWi-Fiがロビーでしか繋がらない点がおしいところだとおもいます。

Restaurant food was terrible and over priced The room wasn’t cleaned well Shower head was out dated no hot water Doors are shallow and can hear everything in hall ways check out process was the worst waited an hour while a staff inspected the room to be able to leave property

At time to check out we were ask to wait until they check the room and they came with a towel saying it has some stains and we were charge 20 0 pesos cause they have to wash the towel

The show

El servicio semi incluido es limitado. No hay bebidas en las areas de alberca. Para tenerla hay que recorrer mucho y no es facil rñel estar subiendo y bajando muchas escaleras. Pero wl hotel muy bonito

Considero que no es buen gasto el pagar con desayuno, ya que aparecía que era desayuno buffet y al final fue con carta limitando platillos.

Staff, pool, dinner and divers spectacle was awesome, the place is in remodeling works in some places, so that has some small inconveniences. My family and myself had a great time overall.

La vista de la Instalaciones es increíble, sin embargo hay mucho deterioro en sus habitaciones, escaleras y pasillos. No tiene elevador y es algo difícil subir a las habitaciones. La zona se siente muy insegura y por la Noche hay mucho ruido porque se juntan las motos a hacer sus fiestas y arrancones.
