アイロンが良かった！

トイレの水の流れが悪い。

早朝に到着する便でボゴタにはいりましたので、早朝チェックインのリクエストを出していましたが、受け入れてもらえず、１泊分追加でかかってしまったのが残念でした。 歯ブラシとタオルの用意がなく、タオルはくださいと言ったらバスタオルとハンドタオルが来て、役にたたなかった。

スタッフの皆さんが親切・丁寧に対応していただいた。

非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食ビュッフェもメニューが豊富で、毎朝楽しめました。

トイレ、シャワーに換気がないので匂いがこもった。辛かった。

とにかく、古くて、レストランもフロントもサービス良くないので、困りました。そして 懲りました。ロケーションと価格の安さで我慢するかどうかです。もちろん、中にはには、サービスの良い若いスタッフもいました。

ボゴタの中でも治安のよい地域にあります。 ショッピングモール、ウニセントロまで歩いて5分です。 女性従業員は美人で親切です 部屋のエアコンは、暖房効いてなかったです。

朝食のコーヒーが格別に美味しかったです。近くにショッピングセンターもあり買い物にも大変便利でした。設備もしっかりとしていたと思います。

Quite comfortable stay, from the check in to the check out. The staff are all kind and helpful, and there are always some contracted authorized taxis in front of the hotel which can take you to anywhere with safety. The place itself is located in the safe area of Bogota, might be a bit far from the airport but it doesn't bother if you're staying a couple of days in Bogota. Might come back next time again.

All staff are very well trained to provide excellent customer service. The entire property is spotlessly clean, the gardens are very well maintained. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The restaurant menu and food choices are mouthwatering. The actual food served is delicious and cooked as ordered.
