よかったです

施設が綺麗で整っていました。

スタッフは親切、食事も美味しい。部屋も綺麗でした。風呂はバスタブがあり、シャワーブースもありました。歩いて行けるレストランがなく、それがイマイチでした。

クラブラウンジはとても良かったが、スタッフの質はとうてい5つ星ではない。 ナイルが近くのパブが夜遅くまた多く、ホテル内がうっすらタバコ臭いのがなんとも辛かった。

部屋も広くて綺麗でした

スタッフの皆さんとても親切で、寛ぐことができまいした。

建物そのものが外壁剥落しており、傷みが目立つ状態だった。

設備など基本的に綺麗でしっかりしています。 朝食ブュッフェも種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 3階でしたが、バルコニーの扉の鍵が閉まらなかったのが少し気になりましたが、概ね満足でした。

スタッフのサービスと笑顔が素晴らしく、フレンドリーにお話することができました。ベッドの寝心地がとてもよかったです。アメニティのシャンプーの質がよかったです。セキュリティがしっかりしていて安心して宿泊することができました。

Especially Donna from the japanese restaurant, she is a great human being. I do believe she'll be a great asset for your establishment in the near future. I definitely recommend your hotel . Such a comfortable hotel. You need everything you want inside the hotel complex. The staff were extremely helpful and sweet.

Had a perfect stay. Excellent service from all staff. Clean facilities. Gym is huge and amazing. They upgraded my room and gave me a stunning view. I’m a solo traveler from the USA/Canada and had an amazing time in Egypt in part because hotel was such a nice home base. Highly recommend! No negatives other than don’t order the Caesar salad lol

2.5 hrs wait time to check in the morning after 10 hrs flight despite the fact that I informed them that I am coming early around 8am

This hotel was great. It is right by the river nile. I was able to see the Pyramids from my hotel room and get a view of the Nile river. In the morning you could see the sail boats. It was fascinating. The staff were excellent, v. friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Asmaa. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was awesome. The only issue with this hotel is the constant cigarette smell in the lobby, at the entrance and in the hallway. It's literally everywhere even though there are no smoking signs posted. I was glad I couldn't smell it in my room.
