可愛い清潔。スタッフは親切で全てにおいて素晴らしいホテルでした。

はじめてのコスタリカの旅行で、評価の高いホテルを何件か利用しましたが、一番快適でした。 フロントの対応、スタッフの機敏さ、部屋のアメニティの充実度。（日本では、歯ブラシはどのクラスでも完備されて、いますが、コスタリカでは、このクラスのホテルでも、ありませんでした(笑)） コスタリカ・サンホセに滞在する方は、是非泊まると良いと思います。出来れば、最後の晩に。 私も、２泊しましたが、もっと連泊しても良いと思いました。快適でした。

雰囲気の良いホテルです。フロントの方も親切でした。レストランも美味しかったです。でも、値段を考えると普通かなと思います。

ココ島へのダイビングクルーズ出発前の一泊をしました。 チェックイン時間にはまだまだ早い午前10時の到着でしたが、アーリーチェックインは全く問題なく行ってくれてとてもありがたかったです。 まだ部屋が片付いていなかったのか、1時間弱ロビーで待っている間にも、待たせてすみませんとホテルスタッフが誤ってくれたのがとても印象に残ってます。　 ホテル自体は大きくはないのですが、おもてなしの心が感じられるよいホテルだと思いました。

Absolutely gorgeous property. Loved everything about our stay. We ate at the amazing restaurant. I little more expensive, but worth it. I would stay here again and again. Super nice staff!

This is a jewel of a hotel; staff were fantastic, the accommodations were superb, the dining and bar options excellent. If you are heading to San Jose, there is no better place to stay. Definitely one of those hotels that you hope to return to one day! Pura Vida!

The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and sophisticated. Loved all the flora! I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel! we loved the beauty and coziness of the restaurant, great staff ( especially Gabriel at the bar/restaurant) , amazing food and wine selection. Comfortable beds and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel

The staff was very accommodating, and the the place timeless..

The hotel looks beautiful. But all stuff I wish they were more friendly and helpful.. including at the restaurant. I travel a lot and stayed in a lot of hotels so I can compare. Doesn’t help with luggage. Not explain correctly or show where the jacuzzi and gym is.

Liked the restaurant, rooftop terrace and room with private patio with fountain.

The staff was 5 stars and the amenities are amazing. The restaurant experience was the icing on the cake

Bon hôtel avec un bon standing au regard de la ville

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast in the courtyard was amazing! They were very accomodating as our flight was delayed and we were able to easily book late night transport from the airport at the last minute.

We had a wonderful two night stay in this lovely hotel. Our room opened up to a tropical area and was very private. Service was exceptional and the restaurant served amazing food in an upscale setting. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful internal patio for breakfast or drinks/dinner.

We have been staying at Hotel Grano de Oro for more than twenty years. We always stay there whenever we are in San Jose. The service has slipped a bit in the last few years, but it’s still a lovely hotel.
