可愛い清潔。スタッフは親切で全てにおいて素晴らしいホテルでした。

はじめてのコスタリカの旅行で、評価の高いホテルを何件か利用しましたが、一番快適でした。 フロントの対応、スタッフの機敏さ、部屋のアメニティの充実度。（日本では、歯ブラシはどのクラスでも完備されて、いますが、コスタリカでは、このクラスのホテルでも、ありませんでした(笑)） コスタリカ・サンホセに滞在する方は、是非泊まると良いと思います。出来れば、最後の晩に。 私も、２泊しましたが、もっと連泊しても良いと思いました。快適でした。

雰囲気の良いホテルです。フロントの方も親切でした。レストランも美味しかったです。でも、値段を考えると普通かなと思います。

Our stay was best described as ‘short but sweet’! The hotel is truly amazing in terms of decor, staff and accommodations. Five star all the way! We enjoyed an amazing meal at the restaurant and breakfast was also superb. Our waiter, Roman, was absolutely the most helpful and cordial you could imagine. Truly an overall gracious experience. We’ll definitely be back to the Grano de Oro at our first opportunity.

El hotel está muy bonito y colonial pero no tiene alberca y los hidromasajes están viejos y sucios

Propriedade linda, bom restaurante, mas meu quarto era na ala antiga e barulhento. O teto era de madeira na suíte e o quarto de cima tinha meu teto como piso, então ouvíamos todas as movimentações ao longo da noite

We stayed for one night before flying home out of SJO. The hotel exceeded our expectations. An absolutely gorgeous gem in San Jose with beautiful charm, rooms and an amazing restaurant and amenities.
