All over okay place especially with kids. But foods and drinks are not good. You can’t expect good foods and drink at there. I woke up with nasty smell in the morning which I assume drainage from bathroom. I booked with Expedia 2 adults and one kid(2 years), when I checked in I was told that kid price is not included. So we have to pay for kid. I don’t think I will go back to over there.

Habitaciones muy cómodas! La comida muy rica, todo el personal muy amable! La única oportunidad de mejora es el proceso de ingreso en recepción ya que hicimos mas de 1 hora de fila, ojala puedan optimizar estos tiempos. De cualquier forma el personal nos dio una hora mas a la salida por esta situación compensando esa perdida de tiempo así que nosotros felices, muchas gracias!

Unser Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer war schön groß mit einem sehr großen Badezimmer. Die Betten waren gut. Es gab genügend Handtücher..

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée. Personnel souriant et disponible. Complexe hôtelier agréable. Restauration tŕès satisfaisante. Petit bémol pour la qualité des cocktails...

Schöne Anlage, saubere Zimmer. Leider verfügt das Hotel über keine Liegen am Strand, aber wir haben trotzdem sehr viel Zeit am Strand verbracht. Essen erinnert oft an „die Schlacht am Buffet“, aber das ist der Menge an Menschen geschuldet. Wer die RiU Hotels kennt weiß, was ihn in etwa erwartet. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen und wir können das Hotel empfehlen

Schöne Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Strand. Die Anlage ist doch recht groß. Unter der Woche hat es sich sehr gut verteilt. Am Wochenende war es sehr voll, was man zum Beispiel im Speisesaal gemerkt hat. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, die kostenlos genutzt werden können.

Poner el parking de pago después de lo que pagamos por alojarnos es de no tratar bien al cliente, el año que viene probaremos el nuevo de Matalascañas

Estaría bien más zona de cambios para bebés. Las tumbonas y cunas podrían ser renovadas.

Hôtel très propre avec des bonnes prestations et tout le personnel est adorable. Par contre, les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées et toutes les salles de repas et d'accueil sont très bruyantes

Lovely hotel, great staff, great facilities food was fantastic with loads of variety well located for a bit of sightseeing and culture, really enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel for families with plenty of pools, dining options and access to the beach. I would say quality of food is just average and desserts in particular are limited variety. But all in all we had an excellent stay

The food was amazing, good variety. The design of the rooms are beautiful a and the bed were comfortable. However, we could not use the spa or book any massages. The room was dusty. One of the glasses used broke and my sister ended up with a piece of glasses

Todo un lujo al alcance. 5 piscinas cristalinas y espectaculares con su correspondiente bar surtido de todo. 4 restaurantes con distinta gastronomía, que lo engloban prácticamente todo. Animación nocturna en una sala como en las mejores discotecas. Acceso a una espectacular playa a 100 metros. Pero lo mejor de todo, la atención del personal.
