とても便利な立地、設備もまずまず、２部屋だったが、部屋の設備に差があって少し残念。

部屋でWi-Fiが使えずにとても不便でした。 対応もしてくれません…

部屋については可もなく不可もなくでしたが、車で来るゲストの為に事前に駐車場を使用する場合の詳細アナウンスがあれば大変な思いをしなくてもよかった。あまりに遠いので大きな荷物を持ってのチェックインはしんどいですね。

利用した部屋のみの評価です。 「Room with city views 」の部屋を予約したにも関わらず、他の部屋と共通のテラスに面した縦に細長い窓があるだけの暗い部屋でした。スタッフに確認したけど「あなたの予約はココ」の一点張り。コレはホテルの問題なのかHotels.com の問題なのかわからないけど、ちょっとスッキリしない。部屋で寛げないのでほぼ外にいる事に。これなら寝るだけなのでB&Bの方が良かったかも。 私は少々うるさくても、外を眺められる部屋が良かったのですが、静かな環境を求めたい人には良いお部屋だったと思います。部屋以外は、朝食会場は眺めがよく気持ちがいいし、通り沿いなので出歩くのに便利。 違う部屋ならもう少し良い評価したかも、です。

ホテルの場所は街中にありショッピングをするにはものすごく最適です。 値段も手ごろで従業員の方もものすごく親切な方でした。 ただブランケットが少しガサガサしていて寝床は快適ではなかったです。

立地上、部屋が狭く、スーツケースを２つ開けることに一苦労しましたが、この上ない贅沢過ぎるロケーション、部屋も普通に清潔で、スタッフの対応も良かった。ビーチへのシャトルも理由したが、快適だった。オススメのホテルです。

値段がそこそこするだけに部屋の設備はキレイで近代的。 部屋からの眺望はウンベルト通りで、海は見えない。 朝食は品数が多いビュッフェ。全般的にまあまあよかった。 フロントにとてもかわいい女性がいた。 話しかけようにもとても忙しそうに働いていて、翌朝まで働いていた。

街の中心にあり、治安も良く、オシャレな街だった。唯一つ、外来者の車は途中でシャットアウトされてしまい、シャトルバスに乗り換えて街の入り口まで行く事が不便。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ホテルのレストランでは「すし」と「みそ汁」を注文したが、どちらも美味しかった。

ウンベルト通り沿いの便利なホテルです。メッシーナ門に近いので、バスでの移動の際も便利です。 バスタブもあったので、お風呂につかって長旅の疲れも癒せました。 テラスの写真がホテルのパンフレットにあったのですが、オフシーズンなのか、室内での朝食でした。 見晴らしがよさそうだったので、それだけが残念です。

到着した日が運悪く「フェスタ・ディ・タオルミーナ」のひだったので、狭いウンベルト通りは観光客であふれ夜中の二時までうるさくて眠れなかった。訪れたにが悪かった。

素晴らしいホテルですが、それなりの値段です。 もっと近くでも安くて使いやすいホテルが一杯あるようでした。

清潔でスマートなホテルでした。ですが、エアコンの音がうるさく　その旨をフロントデスクに申し出、実際に見てもらったところ「明日　直します」とのこと。しかし翌日には何のフォローもなく　終日　うるさいままでした。　また、7月5日深夜1時すぎ　有料でネットを1時間ロビーで使用した際、「out of work」の表示が出て10分ほど使えませんでした。フロントの方とああだこうだした結果使用できるようになったのですが、利用時間の説明が特になく、45分かけて作成した資料が保存できぬまま　ネット終了時間となってしまいました。アクセスできてから1時間だと思ったのですが　なぜ説明してくれなかったのかの問いに　まったく答えてもらえず。　その後、部屋に戻り　眠りについた午前3時ごろ　数回にわたり　フロントから無言電話がありました！　そんなにもめたわけではないのに。。。

ホテルの感じが良く、部屋はバスタブつきで大変満足いたしました

Good location right in the heart of the main street and easy access to the bus stops. They provide free access to Lido Capriana which is lovely for a beach day (you have to pay for transport though). The hotel is showing signs of aging, but this is common across Italy for most hotels, but as mentioned in other comments, the shower is small. Breakfast was OK, again basic but standard offerings across most mid range hotels (cold cuts, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruit and pastries). Don't use the automatic coffee machine, they provide proper coffee so order this.

Enkelt, men trivelig hotell. Flott frokostterrasse på taket. Hyggelige ansatte, spesielt damen som rengjorde rommet vårt. Fin beliggenhet i gågaten, med nærhet til butikker og restauranter. Hotellet har avtale med annet hotell som inkluderer transport og strandstoler for en rimelig sum.

Great hotel if you want to be right in the heart of the town. Everything is there…shops, dining, attractions.

Lovely rooftop terrace with outstanding views including views of Etna

Good price for the hotels location. Basic amenities. Breakfast was just ok- ours came with the room otherwise I would go out to eat for cheaper price and better coffee. Room was clean. No AC until June and there is a lovely terrace but our food was served in the lower level- maybe they move it upstairs for the summer. We did have to open the window to get air as it was warm- and got alot of city noise- but that’s just proximity to everybody.

The Hotel Isabella is a lovely property in the best location possible for being in the center of Taormina. Convenient to all sights. However, we were disappointed in the room we were given. We reserved a room with a balcony for a five-night stay. We were assigned room 44 which they call a balcony and is no more than a protective railing. Not able to fit chairs to sit there. it can only fit one person at a time. We single filed onto to the ledge to look out. The room next door which does have a good-sized balcony (chairs and table), where the 2 sets of guests that stayed for approximately 2 days each, routinely enjoyed sitting out on their balcony and had a good laugh whenever we tried to go out there scraping against the exterior wall and the railing that they deem a balcony. The room below had a full terrace. We had a railing. We expected better considering we stayed 5 nights. In saying that, the staff were helpful and available and the breakfast buffet was ample.

Pleasant property in centre of Taormina . Staff very helpful and organised . Breakfast room was well stocked . We wanted a room with a balcony … which we got … with a view of the see . Unfortunately it was a shared balcony with other rooms on the first floor … which I don’t mind … but wasn’t explicit in the room description and came as a surprise . Toilet unfortunately was tiny with a toilet , bidet , sink and shower extremely close together . Not suitable for claustophobics ! But overall hotel was very convenient for two nights and had comfortable bed and quiet room .
