ロケーションがとにかくとても良かった。部屋も広く清潔でした。スタッフの対応も良く、滞在中とても快適でした。

If you want the BEST LOCATION look no further! Hotel is literally steps away from the most iconic tourist attractions in Madrid. To top it off it’s a really nice hotel, attentive staff, and the restaurant food options were really tasty. Will definitely be returning in my next visit to one of my favorite cities!

The hotel is kind of mediocre. The reason for the lower ranking is that I had to take two elevators and walk long corridors with heavy luggage to get to my room. The people at the front desk said that they gave me an upgrade. Either she was deceiving or the room I got was really bad. The room has nothing particularly bad but it was unpleasant to be in. Probably because it did not have any natural light

War alles super toll gewesen. Minibar und Snacks waren toll gedacht. Personal super Profi und freundlich, Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Komme nächste Mal wieder 💗
