アンダルシア地方らしく暖かで親切な人柄のスタッフさん達が迎えてくれて 快適に過ごせました。 シンプルながらも 最新機器の揃ったモダンな内装で 非常に清潔で心地好く滞在出来ました。 1つ希望は アメニティグッズに綿棒がなく とても困りました。 綿棒を備えてくれたら満点です。 また次回も 必ず滞在すると思います。

ホテルの立地は悪くなく、近くにスーパーマーケットもあります。 しかし、朝食込の予約確認書を見せたにもかかわらず、朝食料金は別途だと言われ、「エクスペディアに確認しろ！」と強く主張してやっと認められる始末。 ★★★★のホテルですが、部屋は普通で、★★★クラスのホテルです。 良かったのは部屋でWifiが無料で使えたこと位・・・

The room Was very clean, spacious and had very comfortable beds, bedding & pillows. Great location to the bridge & everything is about 15 mins walk. They are doing some renovations outside which we could hear from the room.

Hotel novo , bem localizado , café da manhã saboroso e diversificado .

Staff and room were excellent. Unfortunately pool (closed for season) and rooftop terrace were not open during the day. It was an exceptionally hot week so disappointed these were not an option. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended some amazing restaurants. The food and cocktails at the hotel are also incredible! The hotel is an easy, beautiful walk over the bridge, across the river to all the must see spots and just around the corner from a really delicious Empanada shop! Beautiful hotel

Leider war der Service im Restaurant nicht gut. Ich wurde nicht verstanden, da das Personal kaum oder kein Englisch sprach. Wenn man etwas bestellen wollte, hat es sehr lange gedauert bis überhaupt jemand kam um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen, teilweise bis zu 20 Minuten. Man musste massiv auf sich aufmerksam machen und darum bitten etwas zubestellen. Das geht gar nicht..

Great location in Triana, easy to access the city. Rooms clean and functional. Main areas of the hotel have a much more upscale feel. Staff although helpful, were at times abrupt. (Pool area and reception.) A smile goes a long way! Breakfast was excellent. Pool area is a lovely, an excellent facility to have. Overall a great stay.

Lovely hotel, very close to the main tourist area but far enough away to be quiet. Large and comfortable rooms, great blackout blinds. Lovely lighting and you can connect your music to a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling.

Great location for town centre and triana district

Nous avons adoré l'hôtel pour son calme, la proximité du centre et sa situation dans le plein centre de Triana. Nous avons été vraiment très bien reçus: les serviettes étaient changées tous les jours. Nous avions à disposition du savon, shampoing mais aussi bonnet de douche, mouchoir en papier, brosse à dent. La chambre était luxueuse et bien insonorisée. Mention spéciale pour le jeune serveur du restaurant qui nous a servi le 31/08 le soir. Il était très serviable et sympathique. Le roof top était également très agréable le soir ou la journée pour se rafraichir à la piscine.

Room was clean and quiet with blackout blinds, and the ac worked well. Close to many restaurants.

Great location, very clean and the staff were fab. Only issue is the size of the pool and the maximum capacity of 12 people! Additionally, pool opening hours of 12:30-20:30 seems ridiculous; particularly this time of year in 40°+. Shame we couldn’t use it in the morning.
