プールや海で遊ぶのには肌寒い3月下旬でした。 地中海のすばらしい景色が見える良い部屋でした。 朝食夕食付でこの料金は満足ですが、料理の味はいまいちでした。 たくさん召し上がりたい人にはおすすめですが、私は美味しくなかったので少ししか食べませんでした。

Horrible , personnel débordé , moquette dans les couloirs très sale

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and looked nothing like the photos. The food was awful—cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. The whole place felt neglected and unhygienic. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Très luxueux Pas d’alcool

Personal freundlich, zimmer sauber, Zustsnd der zimmer schlecht. Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand, Beleuchtung, TV, Dusche funktioniert im ersten Zimmer nicht, Balkonschiebetür konnte nicht verriegelt werden, Frühstück gut restliches Essen nicht, z.B. Hähnchen inc. Haut trocken.

Sehr altes Zimmer mit umbequemen Matratzen, fürchterlich harte riesige Kissen, keine Zahnputzbecher, Armaturen an Badewanne defekt, Frühstück unterirdisch und Speisesaal schmutzig

Il mérite un deux étoiles. Services nul. Un seul ascenseur en marche. Nourriture laisse a désirer.

A fuir. Vieil hôtel non entretenu. Chambres sales. Hôtel fumeur partout même dans les couloirs. Restaurant affreux. Plage privée aussi sale que l’hôtel

It is the best experience i ever had with my mom and kids. We felt princesses for a week. Everyone is friendly amazing and professional. Great services. Everything was so relaxing luxuriously and breathtaking views on the beach. I would like to come over and over mostly for the people and the services.

the hotel has 3 coffee shop and not three bars, point to be corrected on the hotel.com website. When we turned on the heating a petrid smell came out. we had half board and every dinner, the fountain disappeared and made us pay for the bottle of water. to note however, a smiling, courteous staff and the cleanliness of the rooms

No leadership , customer service very poor, communication between staff does not exist

Le personnel et l’endroit est top magnifique En revanche l’établissement n’est pas entretenu les tapis sont vieux, les portes une horreur, tout est laissé à l’abandon c’est dommage !!!tout date de 1994 me semble t-il date de sa création. Heureusement que le personnel est sympathique, agréable et accueillant Merci à l’équipe qui nous a reçu 👍🙏
