空港から車で10分，レセプションの対応が素晴らしいのでミズーラではいつもここに泊まります。しいて言えば、ホテル内の売店の水が高い。 ホテル隣においしくてリーズナブル，店員もフレンドリーなレストランがあります。

プールは小さく泳げるものではない。 エアコンの音がうるさいが、その他特に問題はない。 空港送迎バスが30分おきにあるのは大変便利。

ロケーションは高速道路を下りてすぐにある。路地を入ったところのため、静かである。ホテルの周囲には飲食店が多数ある。

Asked for a tub no tub paid for breakfast and they still made us pay up front bathroom had hair in shower and sink

Very shocked on how poorly lit the room is even with turning on all the small little lights. Had no idea if we could connect to the WiFi as it was never mentioned or written down how to connect.

I specially called to make sure pool & hot were operating before we came. They said both pool& hot were warm and running. When we checked in the next day we were told the hot tub had been acting up all week. Pool was on the cool side so I didn’t use it either. That’s why we pay extra but didn’t happen for us Disappointing!😢

Very clean facility, rooms clean and new. Very friendly staff!

For service, rowdy, reception area, terrible room, filthy window, the free coffee was completely empty. Never stay again.

I had a completely COLD MORNING SHOWER. Most uncomfortable. For the price I paid…unacceptable.

The room was not as advertised during booking. I reserved a room with a balcony and single King Size bed. I received a room with no balcony and a single Queen Size bed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the noise from other guests in the hallway at 0400 hours traveled through the door like they were in the room with us. The check-in was prompt and without incident. However, the staff did not explain any of the amenities or services available at the hotel, ie coffee, breakfast, fitness room, pool, etc, or ask if we had any questions about our stay. I was disappointed in this stay and will most likely choose other hotel options during subsequent visits to Missoula.

Everything in the room was fine except for elderly people the grab bar in the shower is in a useless position and the bottom of the shower is slippery making falls a high possibility.

Amazing hotel!

Room and hotel was nice, clean, comfortable. Decent breakfast. Area around it is commercial and not walkable, but quick drive to restaurants, downtown, airport, etc.
