Good size of hotel to provide right service for price. Not far from Marktplatz, interesting to see various Luther’s stuff inside hotel.

マルクトにも近いですし、朝食も豪華で良かったです。 もちろん部屋も綺麗でした。

A drab and uncomfortable place to stay. For example, there is no colour or artwork in the room, there is no air conditioning (just an ineffective and noisy fan), the Wi-fi continually drops out and there are no tea or coffee making facilities. On the plus side, the sauna facilities are excellent…but otherwise very substandard.

Great hotel near the town centre,

The hotel is a great starting point to discover the city, just in the middle of the town. The room is large and there is a fantastic, clean bathroom. Unfortunately the curtains are so small that they do not really cover the windows. There is no airco, so when you want to open the window at night, it is as if you sleep on the street, nice for the neighbours in front. And although the town is very quiet during the day and the evening, they start the working day with lots of noises at 5 a.m. They told me that usually people stay 1 or 2 nights. They knew about the noise. So, I don't understand why they don't give a quiet room to someone staying 5 nights. A small fridge would have been welcome, there is only 1 supermarket and it would be convenient to store a bit of fresh drinks.

Tolles Frühstück, schönes, großes Zimmer

Für den Preis enttäuschend: die Vorhänge zu klein, Schuhe musste man extra holen, Bademantel gab es die 1. Nacht gar nicht, nächster Tag 3 €, keine Handtücher in der Sauna, 2. Zimmer bessere Vorhänge, dafür Fahrstuhlgeräusche, Frühstücksraum überfüllt und dadurch Gedränge am Buffet, Kühlschrank nicht in Betrieb, keine Bodylotion, Säuberung musste angemeldet werden. In der Summe nicht gut für diesen Preis.

Sehr zentral gelegen und freundlicher Service am Empfang. Bestens geeignet um Wittenberg anzuschauen.

This was the first time in my travel we had to pay extra for parking our car in the hotel garage!

Zufrieden

Für den Andrang beim Frühstück ist die Fläche des Buffets viel zu klein. Gemütlich frühstücken ist anders.

Alles in Ordnung. Hatten leider Zimmer zur Strasse raus mit dem damit verbundenen Geräuschen. Zimmer war in Ordnung, nur die Matratzen könnten mal getauscht werden.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und ruhig. Man kann neben dem kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus auch die öffentlichen Parkplätze in der Umgebung nutzen (teilweise kostenfrei). Das Personal ist nett und aufmerksam. Leider waren die Betten etwas durchgelegen bzw. weich. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank. Morgens ging die Heizungsanlage neben unseren Raum mit einem Rauschen in der Wand an. Dadurch hört es sich so an, als wenn der Nachbar seit 5 Uhr duschte.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Sehr gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit empfehlen.
