Rooms were clean and madeup every day. Staff were welcoming and friendly

Beautiful modern, clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Good choices for food. Only criticism is the hotel policy say that don’t allow people to save sunbeds, however lots of guests save beds very early leaving little or no choice later.

Hotel casi a pie de playa, habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y tranquilas, con terraza. El comedor acogedor, sin masificación de gente y con la posibilidad de comer en la terraza exterior. El personal muy amable y atento. Hemos disfrutado mucho estos días.

Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time. The maintenance , bar and especially the buffet staff were exceptional! The adults only serve-yourself lounge was a great place to hangout. The shows and bingo were entertaining.

Location excellent, staff lovely. Shutting down for refurb so pool was a little dirty but the rooms were spotless. Can’t wait to go back after refurb. Food was awful but I like to eat out drinks on AI were fab

I stayed on b&b basis, so the generic breakfast buffet you’d get anywhere (no gluten free options). The gym doesn’t open until 11am; most holidaymakers would want to get their session in first thing and then enjoy their day. Reception was very understaffed and queues built up quickly.

Betjeningen var høfflig og hyggelig, men renhold og maten var ikke som forventet. Aircondition på rommet var tett og fungerte ikke. Avføring på utside av toalettet og støv og søppel under sengen. Det føltes ikke rent. Vi ga beskjed i resepsjonen og vaske personell gikk over rommet og vasket på nytt, men det var fortsatt avføring på utsiden av toalettskålen da vi kom opp igjen på rommet for å legge oss. Vi var der heldigvis bare en natt

Como siempre nos sentimos como en casa.Gracias a esta gente maravillosa camareros,cocina y animacion (Georgia y Linda).Grcacias a Jose Antonio por lo buen que se porta siempre.Eseramos que ahora que va pasar Alua sigamos viniendoy compartiendo nuevos momentos.

Very pleasant and convenient

I stayed here all inclusive and the hotel was lovely, decent food and the alcohol drink was proper brand San Miguel on Draught and Absolute Vodka, Jack Daniels, Barcardi all included.

Not worth the price, rather noisy and no facilities at all in the room…. Fine if you are all inclusive, but not when you are relying on having a kettle at least…. Doors slamming and furniture being moved around before 8am meant it wasn’t easy to sleep….

Normally stay at either Fanabe, jacaranda , playaolid or the gf Isabel Chose this hotel for a change the decision was price driven. Lovely layout of hotel Good size room clean with excellent shower Nice pool area with lots of sun beds We were all inclusive good choice of food and good variety. We ate in most days which is unusual for us Staff lovely and wine was dispensed by the bottle as opposed to draft which you often find when going all inc If I had one issue I would say the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best at my side of the hotel . Hotel closing for a refurbishment. I wouldn’t have known this as the hotel was in good condition We would definitely go back.

E' la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel,personale sia reception, che camerieri,baristi,donne pulizie tutti molto gentili. La struttura lo trovata un po trascurata. Ottima posizione.

pool området meget dålig veligehold. Solsenge meget defekte det samme var flere parasoller. All inklusiv dækker ikke alle drinks. meget venlig i Reception. Værelser lidt brugte

This was our second stay at la nina this time staying half board, we couldnt fault it,plenty of choice,food was hot and tasty. Staff work very hard and are really friendly. Another lovely stay.
