母と２度目の滞在、４泊しました。 港から近いのでエレベーターを使えば楽に到着しますし、カプリ島はもちろんポジターノやアマルフィもバスで行くよりで便利で快適に移動できます。なによりお部屋や朝食会場からの景色が素晴らしいです。崖下のビーチから聞こえてくる歓声もリゾート気分を上げてくれます、が、言ってしまえば、ここのホテルの良いところはそのくらい。 お部屋の冷蔵庫はきかないし、ポットもない（ルームサービスを使えというコトでしょうが）少々古臭さは否めません。朝食はタルトの種類は多いけれど、特別美味しいわけでもない（悲しいかなカプチーノすらも！） 時期のせいか、欧米のお年寄りが多く滞在しているようでした。のんびりゆったりのリゾートホテルの印象です。ただフロント、レストランのスタッフはアジア人には冷たい感じ。チェックアウトの際、お釣りをごまかされた時には久々にガッカリしました。ここ数年、イタリアが好きで出かけていますが、そんなこと無かったので。

ソレントを拠点にカプリやアマルフィ方面の旅行でした。今どき部屋にミネラルウォーターが無いって久しぶりに体験しました。年配のフロントマンの人達はすごく友好的だが、若い人フロントマンはすごく愛想が悪い。。帰りにホテルからタクシーで港まで20ユーロにはびっくり

テラスや、朝食レストランからの景色、素晴らしかったです。港へも町の中心地へも近く便利でした。ホテルスタッフは親切且つ素早い対応で、心地よく過ごせました。難を言えば、2泊しましたが部屋の掃除が少し甘い印象だったのと、朝食のカプチーノが珈琲を感じないくらいのほぼホットミルクで驚きました。

2017年7月に5泊しました。 街の中心にあり、マリーナグランデも歩いて行けるのでとても便利。 海まではホテル専用のリフトで降りられます。 ハイシーズンだったのでオーシャンビューの部屋は高めでした。同額の日本のホテルに比べると設備や部屋の雰囲気から割高かと思います。 また、滞在中乗っていたエレベーターに不具合があり停止するなど古さは目立ちます。プールは海が見えるところにはなく、小さかったです。予算があればエクセルシオールの方が良いですが、総合的にはとても満足しています。

6月に高齢の母を連れ2泊しました。チェックイン時刻より早目についてしまいましたが（多分１２時頃）お部屋の準備ができたとのことで、案内していただき助かりました。 ホテル自体は古いですが、掃除は行き届いており、 古さが逆に味に感じられました。シービューのお部屋からは、ベスビオ火山や日没時に海に沈んでいく太陽が美しく、 まるでショーをみるかのようでした。 また、フロントにいた女性のレセプショニストが大変優秀でした。(お名前を聞くのを失念しました。）英語力が中学生レベルの私にもわかりやすい英語で、地図を使って説明してくれたので、近くにあるスーパーやポジターノへのバス乗り場等迷わずいけました。宿泊料金はお高いですが、それに見合った滞在となりました。ソレントは大好きな街なので、また泊まりたいです！

立地がとても良いし、眺望も最高。 目の前の海岸に行くのにも、専用のエレベーターもあり便利。 スタッフの方もフレンドリーでとても親切でした。

宿泊されるならオーシャンビューの部屋をオススメします！フェリー乗り場からリフトに乗って上がったすぐのところにあり、断崖絶壁の上に立つホテルです。若干の古さはあるますが、気にならない程度です。朝食もパンの種類も豊富で、眺めのいい場所で食べれます。 また泊まりたいです！

ソレント特有の絶壁の上に立つホテルで、真下が海水浴場になっています。ロビーの階には、海側にテラスがあり、ソレントの海とそよ風と対岸のヴェスヴィオ火山・・・・来て良かったと思える瞬間でした。朝食もすてきなレストランでね数多くの食材がそろっており、特にドルチェは充実していました。値段も良いですが、それなりの価値があると思いました。浴槽付き、部屋にテラス付きという条件でしたが、1階と2階の中間にある小さい窓のみの部屋に通されましたが、条件が違うことをいい、他の部屋に変えてもらいました。総合的には、また行きたいテルです。

やや古くなった感じはいなめないが、施設は清潔できれい。 海沿いの絶壁の上にたっていて海が見えるところでは景色が最高。 ビーチはエレベーターで降りていけるが、施設は有料。また砂浜ではない。 港まで歩いて１０分くらい。降りていくときは。上るときはもう少しかかる。 到着時タクシーを使ったらかなり近いのに１５ユーロもかかった。 駅までは歩いて１５分くらいか。結構かかる。

Hotel maravilhoso, tradicional, lindo, excelente serviço e roupas de cama e banho dos sonhos! Equipe dedicada, fica próximo da praia, do Porto e da estação de trem. Deu vontade de ficar mais uns dias em Sorrento só para curtir o hotel, sua piscina e a beleza das vistas que ele tem.

Amazing hotel! Would definitely visit again. We stayed in a junior suite which was very comfortable and spacious and included a big balcony looking over the water. We watched the sunset from our balcony every night. Very comfortable bed and great shower. We enjoyed the pool and pool bar, as well as the regular bar (drinks only - we didn't eat onsite). Employees were all very friendly! The only downside was the beach club that the hotel partners with was not open when we were there (late May). But the Marameo Beach Club is right at the base of the hotel and is a great alternative. Hotel location was great - very walkable to many shops and restaurants. Overall 10/10.

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is great for ports and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The gardens and exterior of the hotel are beautiful and well-maintained. The interior of the hotel is somewhat outdated, but clean. The hotel is in a wonderful location.

Stayed 24/04 to 01/05 2026 I think this is a great hotel right in the heart of Sorrento, so location is perfect. There is a short walk to the restaurants and shops, and the zig zag walkway to the beach. On the approach the gardens are lovely and smelt like a florist at the end of April. The hotel has its own pool and Pool lounge bar, all lovely for relaxing. Inside the reception area, it is very spacious and welcoming with the reception staff very pleasant, and helpful. Check in was very easy, nice after a long trip. Suitcases were taken to our room by porter, which was also a nice touch. The hotel has a traditional Italian feel; well decorated and tasteful items place around every corner. The room we had was overlooking the pool, which was lovely during the day, but could get a bit noisy at night with the sound of the mopeds and people talking echoing around the large courtyard of hotels. If I went again, I would pay the extra for the sea, side of the hotel as it may well be a little quieter. The room itself was clean practical and tidy, and the bed comfortable, with house maids making beds and changing towels daily. The hotel overlooks the cliff to the sea, where an outside balcony lounge bar is a great place to sip your first holiday drink. The bar allows you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets this side of the hotel is lucky to receive. Spent 5 nights in a Sea View suite. The view was incredible of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius! Hotel located right on the cliff above the water and near the ferry terminal which is convenient. About a 10 minute walk from the train station. Grounds are immaculate, breakfast was great every day with very attentive staff. Didn't use the pool or restaurants but everything looked good. Easy walk to the main areas of Sorrento. It's an older hotel with a lot of charm and we enjoyed our time there.

A conveniently situated hotel to serve as a base for exploration around the peninsula and the Amalfi coast. Aside from its location, the best thing about this hotel was the view (we were facing the water). Breakfast got the job done, but it was nothing to write home about. Staff at the front desk felt distant at best. The hotel is showing its age, but it was clean.

The location and the gardens were beautiful. Although we didn’t have the higher priced ocean views we did have a nice view of the fabulous gardens pool and city. The hotel is vintage but very clean and very well appointed. The breakfast was fantastic with both hot food fresh fruit, cereals and a wide variety of breads meats and pastries. The wait staff was very friendly and the view from the restaurant is amazing. I would recommend this hotel.
