Amazing place, staff, food and beach

Everything about my stay was more than perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything I needed. Every single member of the team, including the front desk staff, made me feel truly valued and comfortable throughout my stay. The food was absolutely amazing with a great variety and excellent quality every day. The pool restaurant was one of my favorite spots — beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. The sandy beach was perfect, clean, relaxing, and ideal for enjoying the sea peacefully. One of the best things about this hotel is how quiet and peaceful the whole place is, making it perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the stunning garden and sea views. A very special thanks goes to the animation team, especially Rita and Islam, for their energy, kindness, and the fun atmosphere they created every day. I had an incredible experience and will definitely come back again!

We spent 5 wonderful days at Iberotel Makadi Beach and loved every moment. The beach was stunning, the food excellent, and the staff professional and genuinely helpful. Everything was well-managed and we felt truly well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we'll definitely be back!

Everything perfect except food and beverages need more improvements

A fantastic holiday made all the better by the staff. Mahmoud and Ahmed in the dining room always greeted us as if we were old friends. Amazing selection of food, always fresh. Spotless facilities, complimentary masks for snorkeling, daily fresh beach towels. This was an exceptional holiday.

Our room was lovely and spacious, and quiet! Check-in was delightful, and we quickly got to know all of the incredibly hard-working staff, who greet you with a tremendous smile no matter how many long hours they have worked. The pools were spectacularly clean and there was plenty of nice chaise lounges for everyone both poolside and beachside. If you couldn’t find one, the helpful staff would take care of you. The food was the best I have ever, ever had at an all inclusive resort. Plenty of freshly grilled dishes every day and so many choices. I am celiac, so this could have been a major concern for me, yet every single dish is marked with all allergens so you never had to wonder. I didn’t have a single reaction to the food during our entire week stay, which is a testament to the great quality and care they put into making such wonderful food. We were sad to leave, felt like we left with many new Egyptian friends, and truly hope to come back again as soon as we can. I should note that we came all the way from Canada as part of a multi-stop trip, so this should tell you how much we enjoyed our time there!

Gepflegte Anlage, große Zimmer, freundliches Personal, toller Service

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Mitarbeiter machen einen Superjob, stets freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen ist super lecker, einzig die Riesenauswahl macht es einem schwer 😉. Unser Zimmer direkt am Strand war wunderschön und täglich mit neuen Tüchertieren geschmückt. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal hier.

Lovely hotel, great food and staff

Wir waren zum 1 Mal im Iberotel und ich darf sagen, dass wir sehr zufrieden waren. Hier ist man sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Das Haus, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem war alles sehr sauber und der Zimmerservice war erstklassig. Einziges Marko war, dass unser Zimmer (Nr.9122) in direkter Nachbarschaft zum nächsten Hotel lag und wir die von 19.00 - 23.00 Uhr das sehr laute Abendprogramm ertragen mussten. Beim nächsten Besuch würden wir um ein anderes Zimmer bitten. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und planen für 2026 erneut unseren Urlaub im Iberotel.

Clean room quiet and an absolute delight to wind down. lots of activities along Beach you can choose to do or through external parties Hotel pickup. Highly recommend and was absolutely fantastic. And the pool temperature was warm and generous alcohol in drinks.

Zimmer war laut durch die angrenzenden Restaurants des benachbarten Hotels. WLAN Probleme über die ganze Woche und am Strand nicht verfügbar. Personal wie immer zuvorkommend und freundlicg.

Amazing staff and service there ! Really appreciated the closeness to the beach as well as the diving center.

Beautiful resort, but the hospitality needs improvement I recently stayed at Iberotel Makadi Beach, and while the resort itself is stunning, there were a few experiences that left me disappointed. Pros: The environment is serene and well-kept. The beach was absolutely breathtaking — crystal clear water and soft sand made for a perfect escape. My room was phenomenal — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a 5-star setup in terms of accommodations and scenery. Cons: The food was just average, especially considering this is supposed to be one of the top Jaz resorts. I expected better variety and quality. One major issue I encountered was the attitude of the staff. As someone from the Middle East, I felt there was a noticeable lack of warmth and hospitality extended toward me and others like me. The difference in how we were treated compared to European guests was very clear, and frankly, disheartening. The resort atmosphere is also extremely quiet and geared toward older guests. If you’re looking for fun or youthful energy, this may not be the right spot. Another major downside is the location — it’s quite isolated. If you want to explore or go anywhere, you’ll have to rely on taxis, and unfortunately, they tend to overcharge, especially when they know you’re a tourist. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal. Überwiegend deutschsprachig, sehr guter Service. Gute Essensauswahl am Buffet als auch a la carte zu Essen. Ein Pool war mit angenehmer Temperatur beheizt.
