ホテルにビーチやカジノが併設されており、食事もおいしく、部屋もきれいで広く、パナマのホテルとしては合格点でした。 残念な点としては、高級ホテルの部類に入ると思うのですが、英語を話せるスタッフがフロント以外は厳しい状態であり、朝食開始時間は6時からでしたが、6時15分くらいからなんとなく開くような状態で、オープンすぐは食事やスタッフも不十分な感じでした。朝早めのツアーなど組んでる場合には注意が必要です。

プールサイドの部屋に宿泊しましたが、眺めがよく、またホテル全体の内装も改装されていて、高級感があります。 パナマ運河観光のミラフローレスにもタクシーでホテルから約20分と近く便利です。 ホテルのレストランはプールサイドにあるバーに他に２つあり、ロビーには寿司バーがあります。

英語が通じ無いスタッフが多いのに驚いた。ビジネスセンターの受け付けが英語が十分以通じないのはＮＧ

Atendimento na recepção foi muito bom. Condição do quarto pessima, cheiro de mofo no quarto e roupas de cama e colchão. Café da manhã razoavel

Bom hotel, na área central, tem metrô, ônibus, restaurantes e redes fast food perto. O hotel tem cassino, bom cafe da manhã, porem o colchão do quarto estava afundando e a água do chuveiro nem sempre ficava quente.

Horrible customer service Room was not ready for occupancy and still assigned to me Hairs in the shower, in toilet area, disgusting!

Buena ubicación, buen precio , muy amplios las habitaciones

The staff was very accommodating and the area was walking distance from mainly everything.... Tranfers to and from Albrook mall was very accessible. The breakfast selection was continental however i would have love to try their local dishes but unfortunately it was not catered.

They don't respect the reservation do it through expedia page, just tell me I am sorry but the hotel is overbooked and I'm unable to accomodate you. I was supossed to check in at 3 pm , but I arrived arround 11:00 AM to confirm that I was on the country

El personal fue amable. El desayuno estuvo Bien. Tuvimos inconveniences con 3 habitaciones pero El personal estuvo muy atento a ayudarnos

Great staff, service, food. The only thing is there was no hand towel and every day, they were changing out towels, even though we did not put them on the floor, so it’s not eco-friendly. They provided fresh cold water in the lobby so we were able to fill our bottles. The rest was amazing!

It was great, Room needed a microwave, otherwise from that it was good.

Very central location, spacious rooms, and excellent service. The pool is large but poorly maintained—there were algae along the edges of the tiles. Other than that, everything else is excellent. Good food at good prices.

- Valet parking impecable y siempre atentos a servir - Hotel bonito y amplio, con buenos restaurantes. Solo 2 de 3 ascensores en servicio, insuficiente para tantas persona. - Desayuno bueno con poca variación y el café (creo que era panameño) muy delicioso - Limpieza de habitación terrible, pésimo servicio. Generalmente debía llamar a recordar que había solicitado previamente servicio de limpieza, pero la chica siempre en actitud muy perezosa. Mobiliario viejo, amerita un cambio o por lo menos una pintura. El sanitario dañado todo el tiempo el sistema de descargue, pese a que vinieron a repararlo, no funcionó al cien por ciento. - Habitación con cafetera Nespresso, solo dejaron 2 cápsulas de cortesía el primer día, si quería más café debía comprar cápsulas en recepción cada una por $2 dólares, algo que No tiene presentación para un hotel 5 estrellas y el valor de la tarifa. - Volvería, solo si debo asistir a algún evento, caso contrario buscaré otras opciones

El hotel es lindo pero esta abandonado, la habitación huele feo, las sabanas super viejas, la limpieza horrible nunca me limpiaron la habitacion la camarera solo cambiaba la papelera del banbaño los desayunos nada variado lo mismo todos los dias,no volveria a quedarme en este hotel me voleñi

Hotel was better than expected. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely a good stay an will recommend to anyone.
