The view from the 30th floor room was great, and the service from every staff member was excellent. I was comfortable during my 4-night stay, so I would like to stay at your hotel again if I return to Vancouver.

ロブソンストリートから近く、観光に便利。6泊以上でないと、日常清掃に入ってくれないので注意。

6泊までであれば部屋の掃除等はない。タオル交換やゴミ捨ては頼むとやってくれるらしいが、室内にたくさんタオルがあったので利用していない。バスタブがある部屋にしたのになく、シャワーも温度が低い上に水圧が弱い。風邪ひいた。価格が半額なら十分満足。夜もすごく静か。近くにスーパーはないので、ドラッグストアを先に覗いたほうがいいかも。

チェックインよりだいぶ早く到着したので、上層階のラウンジで休んでいた。 一時間ちょっと待たされ、ようやくチェックインしたが、ホテルの施設や営業時間等の説明が一切なく、こちらから尋ねてやっと分かる感じだった。 大晦日の追加料金も特別何かイベントがあった訳ではなく、何故支払わなくてはならないか全く意味が分からない。 ホテルの料金に見合うサービスは受けられない。今後、二度と泊まらない。

お部屋は広く清潔だったけれど、バスタブについていたシャワーが壊れていて見に来てもらったけれど、結局何もしてくれませんでした。なので、お風呂に入ってから隣の部屋のシャワールームに移動して髪を洗ったりしないといけなくて、めちゃくちゃ不便でした。 その他は特に気になる事はなかったです。プールが無料で空いていたのが子供連れなので、よかったです。

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room was on 29th floor and had very good view of vancouver city. If you can book this hotel, I strongly recommend for staying .

A very nice hotel and we had a great room and all was good including staff. We were confused as the hotel is part of a couple of other chains and we didn’t expo etc this. Whilst it didn’t create any issues, we weren’t aware that is the top3 floors of another hotel and also part of the Hilton group. Pool and spa pool was nice but some noisy un-monitored kids spoiled it a bit. Location was good and could not have asked for better. It was only one night pre cruise.

Fantastic views from the 28th floor. Property was very clean and well set up. Loved the seperate kitchen bedroom area. Nice bath after a long day of exploring. Would definitely stay here again.

We had not stayed with Embarc previously. We will again though. Level 29 (28, 29, and 30 are Embarc, the rest is Sheridan Wall. As a Hilton chain, Embarc meets and exceeds expectations. Great floor to ceiling windows, all kitchen amenities, plus a list of random household amenities you may request at anytime. The only issue was our TV. With no Chromecast capabilities, it forced us to watch a movie "old school", but that was minor. Otherwise, a very content stay while attending a conference.

The room was excellent and the concierge team was super! The rooms where very comfortable and clean and they had all the essential supplies you need plus more. The hotel had a nice gym and pool and you get access to all the hotel amenities. It's also well situated close to restaurants, groceries and everything you need.

Really really lovely hotel. We had a top floor studio and the view across the city from our room was incredible. The hop on and off bus had a stop right outside so we explored the whole city really easily. The bar and restaurant served lovely food and drink and the staff were wonderful. Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Would definitely go back there.

The room was immaculate. Lots of natural light, very quiet and comfortable. Close to everything and great central location for those traveling without a vehicle. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!! Absolutely hope to stay here again someday. View was incredible. So much space in room. Very friendly and professional staff. Easy parking. Nice hot tub. Great location. Easy to walk to east or west area (cruise side or Granville market). Chocolates upon arrival was wonderful surprise and appreciated!!
