The view from the 30th floor room was great, and the service from every staff member was excellent. I was comfortable during my 4-night stay, so I would like to stay at your hotel again if I return to Vancouver.

ロブソンストリートから近く、観光に便利。6泊以上でないと、日常清掃に入ってくれないので注意。

6泊までであれば部屋の掃除等はない。タオル交換やゴミ捨ては頼むとやってくれるらしいが、室内にたくさんタオルがあったので利用していない。バスタブがある部屋にしたのになく、シャワーも温度が低い上に水圧が弱い。風邪ひいた。価格が半額なら十分満足。夜もすごく静か。近くにスーパーはないので、ドラッグストアを先に覗いたほうがいいかも。

チェックインよりだいぶ早く到着したので、上層階のラウンジで休んでいた。 一時間ちょっと待たされ、ようやくチェックインしたが、ホテルの施設や営業時間等の説明が一切なく、こちらから尋ねてやっと分かる感じだった。 大晦日の追加料金も特別何かイベントがあった訳ではなく、何故支払わなくてはならないか全く意味が分からない。 ホテルの料金に見合うサービスは受けられない。今後、二度と泊まらない。

お部屋は広く清潔だったけれど、バスタブについていたシャワーが壊れていて見に来てもらったけれど、結局何もしてくれませんでした。なので、お風呂に入ってから隣の部屋のシャワールームに移動して髪を洗ったりしないといけなくて、めちゃくちゃ不便でした。 その他は特に気になる事はなかったです。プールが無料で空いていたのが子供連れなので、よかったです。

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room was on 29th floor and had very good view of vancouver city. If you can book this hotel, I strongly recommend for staying .

Great

Really really lovely hotel. We had a top floor studio and the view across the city from our room was incredible. The hop on and off bus had a stop right outside so we explored the whole city really easily. The bar and restaurant served lovely food and drink and the staff were wonderful. Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Would definitely go back there.

The room was immaculate. Lots of natural light, very quiet and comfortable. Close to everything and great central location for those traveling without a vehicle. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!! Absolutely hope to stay here again someday. View was incredible. So much space in room. Very friendly and professional staff. Easy parking. Nice hot tub. Great location. Easy to walk to east or west area (cruise side or Granville market). Chocolates upon arrival was wonderful surprise and appreciated!!

Wonderful stay at Embarc. Very clean and well maintained property. Great location. Will definitely stay again when visiting.

The accommodations were excellent. Everywhere we went was very walkable.

Great quick stay

Sehr schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung und phänomenaler Aussicht. Wirklich empfehlenswert und vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The room was very nice and the gentleman in the lounge was very nice and helpful. The only problem was that we shortened our stay by one day and Expedia could not reach anyone from Embarc to see if we could not be charged for the night. I also tried calling them to no avail so unfortunately we were charged the full amount. The restaurant was ok but the bar leaves something to be desired. The employees were very nice.

EMBRAC was really accommodating, lovely room and facilities. Staff helpful and courteous. Definitely would stay again.

Excellent accomodation in quiet area, easy walking distance to shopping etc. Public transport nearby if needed. Highly recommend.
