The hotel was fine my experience was bad I had my money and jewellery taken from my room while at breakfast .. the hotel has so far done nothing to check who entered the room or cctv I’ve emailed them twice and called to be told it’s impossible so my experience was not a nice one

Room small but comfortable. Maybe some things a little dated. Food good and breakfast excellent. In busy part of Los Cristianos but pool and internal areas are a quite haven.

We hadden een kamer met zeezicht en die was prachtig, op de eerste verdieping, een heel mooi, gezellig gerenoveerde stijlvolle kamer! Grote, goede douche. Goede koffiemachine, om van een koffie te kunnen genieten op ons eigen zonnige terras. Personeel was echt heel vriendelijk! Restaurant-buffet kwalitatief, met veel showcooking. Het restaurant binnen was gezellig ingericht, niet zo'n 'eetzaalgevoel' als in sommige andere grotere hotels. Ook buiten eten was heel gezellig! Leuke avondanimatie. Echt een absolute aanrader, dit hotel!

Todo perfecto, limpio agradable y aunque no habia variedad de carnes en el buffet la calidad de la co.ida es inmejorable y la atención del personal es de excelencia.

The room was great, loved the beach chic decor & very clean. Staff were very welcoming & amenities very good. My only complaint is having to pay extra per day for use of the safe. Hotel safes are standard for this grade of hotel. To pay extra per day to use it in the room is like being charged to use the hairdryer - it's just a negative angst against an otherwise great hotel experience.

Overall very good. Location was excellent.

Tolles Hotel, nicht das neueste aber mit Charme, besonders freundliches Personal, super Essen mit Grill !! Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer für Frühstück und Abendessen.. jeden Abend Unterhaltungsprogramm mit Musikern oder Entertainment.. kommen gerne wieder !!!

Didn’t get a beach view, on the whole the staff were very good, apart from some misunderstanding, possibly as I am not able to speak or understand Spanish.

Fabulous holiday- the staff could not be more helpful & considerate, the facilities were perfect for a traveller with mobility issues; super clean, spacious, lovely food and perfect access to lots of lovely restaurants. 10/10

We had a really warm welcome, surprise champagne when they realised we were celebrating a birthday and the chance to freshen up in a room after check out and before our flight. It felt like they were going out of the way to make your trip comfortable and special. I'd recommend!
