とても便利な場所にあり、どこに行くのも便利でした。

ホテルが迷路のような中にあり、路地ではスマホ検索してる旅行者が至るところにいました！私のスマホの具合が悪いせいもあり、ホテルで頂いた地図も役立たず戻るのに１時間位ぐるぐると迷いましたので地図の苦手な人は避けた方が！フロント・清掃のスタッフは皆さん親切で、周辺も夜中まである程度の人通りあり、ホテルの印象は概ね良かったのですが、ただ１点、部屋では上の物音がはっきり聞こえたのは残念でした。

早朝に部屋にあるセイフティボックスが開かなくなり、フロントに行ったところ直ぐに笑顔で対処してくれました。フラメンコの予約も直ぐに取ってくれて気分が良かったです。

selected the hotel by convenience and reasonable price for 3 nights stay in Sevilla after coming back from 2 night stay in Granada for pleasure. Although it is located at very calm place ( in 5 min walk from the cathedral), bunch of selection for restaurants and tapas.Enjoy Sevilla with this hotel.

カテドラルから歩いてホテルを探しましたが細い道が続き少し迷いました。 カテドラルからは近く観光にとても便利でかつ静かな立地です。 鉄道駅へも徒歩圏内でした。

慣れれば観光の中心地からすぐにいける。周囲には小さなスーパーもある。駅からはタクシーで簡単に着けるし帰りもタクシーを呼んだ方が楽だし迷わない。水まわりは普通。

From check in we were made to feel so welcome. Amina was lovely and even suggested a couple of local places for a light meal prior to visiting the Cathedral. The room was lovely. Spacious and quiet. Good to have a kettle for a morning cuppa and the provision of free coffee and water in the restaurant all afternoon and evening as well as flavoured water and pastries in the afternoon were great extra touches. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Right in the heart of the old city.

El hotel es hermoso, la habitación muy amplia y con todas las amenidades, accesible a pie a muchos puntos de interés y restaurantes. Lo mejor de este hotel es el personal, Rubén, Rocío y todos los que amablemente atienden restaurante, limpieza y recepción. Tienen café y agua disponible gratuitamente para los huéspedes, durante el día. El desayuno excepcional, muy variado. El patio en donde está el comedor es bellísimo, con muchas plantas y linda arquitectura. Sin duda fue el mejor hotel que visitamos en nuestro viaje.

A very enjoyable stay at Petit Palace Santa Cruz. The hotel is lovely and the staff are vey helpful with giving advice about Sevilla. Their recommendations helped me enjoy getting around and enjoying paella in this beautiful city. Thank you again, David

The service of Amira was wonderful, she was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly.

Razoável. O ar condicionado precisa melhorar, muito calor para não funcionar direito. O café da manhã foi excelente e a localização muito boa.
