Lovely stay clean hotel & friendly staff

The public areas were spotless. The room was small but was a good price. It took a couple of days for the room to be cleaned.

Nettes Personal, große und saubere Zimmer. Lage ist super, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, parken kann man auch problemlos. Zum Hafen kann man laufen.

I've been to this hotel few times,staff service are good and hotel cleanliness also very well, but the foods quality below usually standards,I hope they can do better afterwards.

Good central location just a five minute walk to the beach. Bus stop right outside the hotel for airport drop off/pick up as well as direct link to Alcudia Old Town. Lots of food and drink options close to the hotel. Within walking distance of the marina for a night out. Nightly entertainment programme (we stayed the last weekend of September) as well as day time games around the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delfin Azul. The hotel is well located, near the bus stop, the beach and 15 walk to the shopping area. The staff of the hotel is excellent, everyone is kind and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend the half board because the food was exquisite, fresh and with a lot of choices. We never felt the need to go out for dinner. The pool is nice and clean and it was never too crowded. The animation program is nice and every evening there was a show or music to keep us entertained. We will definitely come back!

We were very satisfied With our first visit at this Hotel. Everything was really Good, clean room, Good beds and pillows, breakfast really Good, had everything you could wish for. The poolarea was really nice, the bar at the pool was also very nice and serves Good snacks/lunch. Lots of staff both at breakfast and in the snackbar that made everything comfortable and with Good service. The entertainment in the eve, we were never there to watch it live, but it ends at 23-23.30 and was not disturbing at all.

Hotel was nice, in a good area that was close to the beach and bus stop (public transport was excellent!). Rooms are a little small and the aircon was almost non existent but staff are very friendly and the food we had was nice. Kids club was great, all the staff there were good with the kids and my child had lots of fun

Det här hotellet var helt OK. Däremot var det definitivt inte ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. När vi checkade in var våra lakan fläckiga, handduken hade ett hål, schampo och tvål flaskorna var nästintill tomma och rummen var otroligt lyhörda. Vi hörde andra gäster gå utanför och knacka på sin dörr. Efter cirka en vecka bad vi receptionen att byta lakan och att vi ville ha städ eftersom det missats en dag. Men våra lakan byttes aldrig under vår vistelse. Receptionen beter sig märkligt, kollar på oss på ett konstigt sätt. Kanske berodde det på osäkerhet och att de var nya i jobbet. Vi undvek därför att prata med de. Frukosten var bra, däremot inget vatten. Hotellet tar betalt 20euro för att låna två handdukar. 2euro för att väga väskan. Vissa saker borde ingå i service, eller kosta mindre. Trots inte en så jättebra upplevelse som vi trott vill vi ändå rikta ett tack till personalen i baren och en manlig personal som underhöll under kvällarna.

Ett hotell som har nära till allt, ganska fräscht men ändå slitet här o var i rummet.. städningen var ok men kändes mest som att de bara bytte handdukar, bäddade och kastade soporna. Maten var ganska tråkig, smaklös men så kanske det är på de flesta familjehotell.. överlag ett okej hotell men åker jag dit igen kommer jag inte välja till middag.
