Friendly and accommodating staff even with my poor french speaking skills, Good breakfast and dinners/desserts are quite nice also.

Calme , confort , gentillesse du personnel , chambre de bonne dimension , restauration a la carte qualitative ont permis un séjour agréable Un regret que le sauna n’est pas été disponible , pour des raisons compréhensibles, mais nous aurions apprécié un geste pour compenser cette déception.

Stayed for 7 nights for a skiing vacation. The location was pretty close to Olympia gangola that can bring you to Meribel center in about 20 mins. Parking was great. Breakfast was excellent.

The room looked incredibly dated. The luggage area in the room would have been suitable only for a small case, without blocking the door. The breakfast would have been suitable for a roadside hotel, not one that claims to be 4-star. The worst part is the hotel's deception. There was a fire there on Dec. 26 2025, affecting the sauna and wellness area. We were only notified of this on Jan. 17, 2026. One of the main reasons we chose the place was for these facilities. The fact that they waited weeks to tell us left us no time to find an alternative. We feel betrayed. Stay elsewhere.

Definitely not 4*. One lift for five floors, small breakfast selection compared to 3* hotels in the village. Small rooms. Not informed that whole basement, including sauna and fitness room, gutted by fire in December. Smoke smell very evident throughout hotel. Staff delightful.

Impeccably clean room, staff were friendly and helpful and the views of the mountain were lovely.

The is a rare find. The staff, the kitchen and the Hotel are all following very high consistant standards. It was a nice surprize. Exceeded my expections.
