高級感があり、スタッフの仕事レベルが高い。安心して荷物を預けることが出来ました。 駅から近く、CAREE EDENも徒歩圏内でとても便利です。朝食はビュッフェスタイルでパンがメインだけど、ほぼ満席。 プールもあって、とても良い感じ！ 唯一残念だったのが、シャワーのヘッドが壊れていて、快適にシャワー出来なかった。 客室窓からパティオが見えるが部屋からのアクセスは出来なかった。またパティオに面した窓はどの部屋も丸見えになってしまうので、ほとんどカーテンを閉めている状態でした。 全体的には大満足です！ありがとうございました！

This hotel was the worst

マラケシュ駅くら徒歩15分くらいで便利です。すぐ近くにアシマスーパーもあります。スタッフの方もいい方でした。

Clean rooms, as we got swapped as the bathroom light went and asked 3 times to fix it so they moved us. Food is ok but needs to be hotter and quicker

Pool is nice and clean. At breakfast we missed fruits. Overall the price level is moderate

Very friendly staff. Stayed here for a week. We had shops at the door step. House keeping was amazing especially Zarha. She always looked after us. One day she did not come in and we had a different house keeper. Whoever she was she was very bad. The room was very dusty and I’m allergic to dust so was not happy on Zarha day off. Overall loved the experience

The breakfast was basic but good however the hotel itself was noisy late at night and there was no intervention to stop the partying and yelling. It was very hard to sleep.

Good location for sightseeing and restaurants. Clean rooms, satisfactory breakfast. Despite the fact that it is advertised as "self-parking included", the only real option is on-street parking - if you find a spot.

Nice pool/patio

The room was very cold. Heating system was not working properly. The shower was very cold. I turned it for 15 minutes and was still cold. The water spills out from the shower and all the bathroom becomes wet. All Staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt a bit sorry for the cleaning lady Zahra, who always had to clean the water that spills from the shower every morning. She was very helpful and friendly.

Iskallt rum, inget varmvatten i duschen, lite tråkig personal, fåordiga och inte mkt gott på frukosten även den tråkig. Mkt oväsen av personal på bakgården där vi hade fått ett rum, tråkig utsikt eller ingen utsikt. Nä det hotellet rekommenderar jag inte

We were not in the hotel register and told no rooms available. Had to go to a different hotel. Will be seeking a refund.

The bathroom was especially gross looking. Grout around the shower and sink was brown and thick. Shower stall desperately in need of being replaced.

Just excellent value for the price and great location for getting around, a fantastic selections of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

This hotel is nice for the price point, but don’t expect North American standards

Helpful staff and very beautiful premises.

Denna hotell hade en dåligt frukost, och de säger att komplett frukost. Jag skulle ha hjälp att tvätta kläder men fick inga hjälp, de tvättar när det passar för dem, eftersom var akut tvätt då kunde de hjälpa gästerna, ändå är inte gratis. Jag skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell.
