良いホテルで、立地も良く、部屋も清潔感も良かったです。レストランのスタッフはあまりフレンドリーではなく、食事のメニューも平凡で、ヒルトンの基準に達していません。

サービスは10点満点でした。 料理はどれも素晴らしかったです。

ショッピングモールにも近いので、歩いているだけで快適に食事や買い物ができます。

すべて順調です 友人の部屋を除いて、エアコンが水漏れしていたので助けを呼びましたが、修理に来てくれたのは午後10時になってからでした。

アイコンサイアムに非常に近く、プールの眺めも素晴らしいです。

The room was not clean and looks worn. Old fashioned. Shower was weak and difficult to adjust hot water. Toilet flush was not functioning properly. The stuff at check in was somewhat not really good and it was not very interesting to make use feel good. During check out, they tried to charge me for breakfast, but I paid already during booking. They have not apologized. So we decided not to go to the hotel again. Price high, quality low.

This hotel is a joke. We stayed at one of the executive suite (panoramic view) and for some odd reason its the furthest unit in the hallway but is infested with mosquito and bed bugs. I uploaded a picture of my face after laying in their bed. We called them to check out at 11 am and waited 20 minutes but no one came to help us with our bags. We called again and waited another 10 minutes to see if anyone come but no one came so we decided to bring our bags down ourselves. The guy behind the honor member desk tried to argue with me saying I didn't know how to dial concierge correctly (dial 0) it's not that hard to understand. I was fumed. The first and last time I'll ever stay in this dirty hotel. Breakfast for executive members. 1 dish of stir fry rice noodle and eggs. The selection is worse than any hotel I ever stayed at. It's quite embarrassing to label yourself as a 5 star hotel. You have all been warned. The only thing this place benefits from is being beside Icon Siam mall. That's about it.

Walking distance to Icon Siam, free shuttle boat across the river, great room, perfect service.

Had a great experience in this hotel, pretty near with the Icon Siam Mall, food also great with a reasonable price, perfect place for staycation with your loved ones.

We booked for Deluxe room for 3 persons but there was only 2 beds was set in the room, all the amenities in the room was set for 2 persons only (drinking water, glass, towel etc.) If the room type can not add an extra bed, they should not make it available for 3 persons. They said they can add the extra bed for higher room type only, that made us feel like we were cheated. Breakfast was fair.

We have a memorable stay here. The view is amazing. Definitely will come back again in the near future.

Not worth the price. Pros near to iconsiam, the rest is meh. You can get better option somewhere else.

1 Minute walk from the famous icon siam mall, breakfast menu is lavishly good. Spacious room and bathroom with chao phraya river view.
