Friendly staff, not all of them, but they made my stay nice. The lighting in the rooms is dim, but there is water and coffee service, which was very good. There is no pot so you cannot boil water. There is also a fridge, but drinks are already available. The hotel has been renovated, but there are some old parts. You have to be a little careful in the lift. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast. What impressed me was the crisp and efficient staff. They did an excellent job. I was satisfied and had two glasses of champagne in the morning.

概ね満足しました。 ホテルの場所がちょっと暗いのが気になりました。 その他は問題ありません。

大変快適に過ごすことができました。都心のわりに静かです。朝食が数は限られていますが、一品一品がえりすぐられていて、朝から幸せな気分になれます。また地下鉄やバスのアクセスが抜群によいです。空港バスの停留所も、階段もなく、大きな道路を渡ることなく、100ｍほど歩けばよいので、タクシー呼ぶ必要ありませんでした。フロントも親切です。

部屋のコンセントと照明に難ありです。場所も周辺にレストランやスーパーなどが少ない。メトロでともに一駅の統一広場かロマナ広場の方が便利です。

中心部に近いので夜遅くまで外に出られる。客室も綺麗で広く、コスパが最高だったと思う。朝食はホテルでなくルーマニアのろーかな雰囲気を楽しめる旧市街のカフェにいく事を勧める。

Lovely hotel close to old town and all the restaurants and bars short walk to the palace of Parliament would definitely recommend and will stay here again

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was cleaned to a high standard. The breakfast was most enjoyable and plentiful. I couldn't find fault in any way.

Vielseitiges Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer leider nur mit 1 bzw. das zweite mit 2 Schießscharten-Fenster,daher sehr dunkel. Perfekte Lage zur Altstadt und Flughafenbus 100.

Good location- walking distance to old town, clean, spacious and quiet rooms, shower with a good water pressure, friendly staff. The room was a bit hot (between 24-25.5 degrees Celsius) even though we had the aircon blowing as cold as possible on max 24/7. We were staying in the beginning of June and can only imagine how hot it gets in July/August.

The hotel is close to the starting point for a lot of tours, so it's very handy for me. I booked the Cozy Urban room and it's not like the photo - it doesn't have the big window. I had a room with two small narrow windows that faced out to brick walls, you don't get any light into the room whatsoever. The room is also lid by very dimmed lights so I found it very hard to see anything, to pack, read, etc. I had to use my phone's flashlight. It had very small reading lights but not particularly useful - you'd have to bring what you're reading, packing, etc to it. A bit of a nightmare for my stay. My room was right by the lift and I had the instant worry it's gonna be noisy, but it was ok, didn't hear much noise other than groups of people passing through on occasions. You get a small bottle of water in the room, which is handy as it's 30c+ everyday when I was there, but you only one for each night you're staying, you won't get another even if you ask, I tried. Luckily there's coffee shops etc just down the road, a few minutes away. The 4 stars are for the location and decent room size. One star taken away for it being a very, very, very dark room (unlike the picture with a big window).
