Breakfast team were extremely busy and kept a very tidy environment. We enjoyed the variety of options. Items were replenished before running out, seemed like a very organized friendly team.

Clean comfortable rooms. Nice choices for breakfast. The pool, waterslide, hot tub were terrific!

Clean, well kept facilities with friendly, helpful staff. Basic breakfast, but cannot rate rest of amenities as we didn't use them.

The family suite was set up nice and the kids enjoyed their own little space! The pool was amazing…we spent a lot of time there. Overall, the hotel was clean, the amenities are great and the staff were so kind and helpful.

I really enjoyed staying here. We have used many pack and plays at hotels. This one was, by far, the cleanest one. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

What a fun experience

Great property, freshly renovated. Good size rooms, good breakfast and the pool was really nice with a great waterslide for the kids. Will book again!

Lovely and clean. The staff were the friendliest we have encountered in our trip so far (this was hotel 4 for us). The pool was great. Room was very clean. It was a great spot to stay before heading onto the Tyrell museum and more.

Room was nice Bed comfortable Bathroom was nicely renovated. Toilet was low, which was great for my 5’1” mom And 4’9” son, but for my 80 Year old 6’ dad it was a bit low. Shower was it powerful Enough for my liking. With thick & Lots of hair, it takes twice as long to rinse my hair. Bed was comfortable but not a lot of plugs as my dad has a CPAP machine too and with one small shared table between us, plus all of our electronics,.. it is a first world issue. Breakfast was great (eggs, hasbrowns, sausages, salsa, pancake maker, juices, coffee/tea, bread, bagels, banana/lemon bread, oatmeal, yogurt) the only thing we would have liked is hot chocolate. The staff manning the food was fabulous. Pool was amazing. My 10 year old and his friend spent hours there. Parking was great. No restaurant, but options for food within walking distance. Luckily we only had 2 luggage between 4 people as there wasn’t a lot of space, but overall it was a great hotel

Great place with children, they have everything, jacuzzi, pool, slide, gym, microwave, bed & pillow super comfortable!!!

Large rooms

Used hot tub and pool. both as promised hot and refreshing. Lots of towels at pool. Breakfast was full offering, well prepared, fresh and plentiful. Excellent!

Would highly recommend this hotel for families staying in Drumheller: modern & clean, great pool/waterslide/hot tub area, friendly & helpful staff, full breakfast with lots of options for all (including GF). We would not hesitate to stay here again.
