宿泊客への対応に関して、従業員の個人差が大きい。 ある従業員は、フレンドリーだが、ある従業員は、手際は良いが、冷たい対応。 歯ブラシが在庫切れの状態であった。いつも在庫切れというわけではないと思うが、在庫を切らしてはいけない。 朝食は、おいしい。

バルセロナ観光地からは電車で４０分ほどの距離があります。 電車の距離もゾーン２に属しており、地下鉄で行ける距離ではないためT10カードの範囲外です。ホテルも駅から徒歩12，3分なのでスーツケースを引きながら歩くには少し不便かもしれません。 ホテルの施設はチェーンホテルなので、すべて整っておりました。 ホテルにレストランもついており、軽食は２４時間対応とのことです。 またホテルのすぐ横には大きなスーパーもありました。

市内中心部からタクシーで30分 約4000円 ホテルから駅まで15分、 バルセロナまで電車で15分 ここは郊外のベッドタウンですね。 近くにスーパーや果物屋さんが多く見られます。 町の雰囲気もバルセロナとはまた違って田舎町というか、安心できる雰囲気です。 出来たばかりでしょう、部屋はとても綺麗。広くて使いやすいです。 さすがibisコスパが良いので、往復のタクシー代を考えても安いですし、 スタッフも安定した対応です。

Vizinhança tranquila e muitos comércios nas proximidades para suprir os hóspedes. Quarto confortável e todos os ambientes limpos e silenciosos. O sistema de tv foi meio ruim, pois tínhamos app para vermos a programação local do nosso país e tb app de streaming mas o aparelho de tv não fornecia espelhamento/compartilhamento de tela com o celular. É importante atualizar essa ferramenta pois nós, estando em outro país, precisamos estar atentos aos noticiários em nossa língua.

Nested in a very walkable safe neighborhood. it was a pleasure to stay there! Nearby markets and plenty of small charming stores. Very clean rooms very kind staff! Good breakfast, just lovely all around! Thanks so much!

Hotel bom, padrão ÍBIS, porém longe da estação de trem/metro. Andando dava 14 minutos. E do metrô aos pontos turísticos mais 40minutos. Achei longe dos lugares, porém o bairro é calmo e limpo.

The photos made the hotel look much more modern and updated than it actually was. While it was clean, the rooms and bathroom could use a serious update. Unfortunately the reception staff was not very friendly or helpful throughout the stay. Very curt considering hospitality is their job. Multiple key cards didn’t work—other guests had the same problem (including receiving a key for another guest’s occupied room)—while not a huge deal I would expect by the time I got the third one it would be flawless. Unfortunately it was not and after a long day of travel it was a bit annoying to make multiple trips down to reception just to get in the room.

조식에 대한 안내가 없었고, 룸에 냉장고나 물도 비치되어 있지 않았습니다. 그리고 3명룸 이었는데 좀 좁았어요~

The hotel is very convenient if you need to get to the airport early in the morning. It is only 17 minutes away and right on the highway. The rooms was nice, clean, quiet, and big enough for two people. The bed was very nice, firm and comfortable. The only drawback is the shower. Like in most places in Europe it seems the bathroom is an afterthought. It was tiny and not very comfortable. With only a couple of hooks and barely any space to move around it is not the most ideal setup. Parking was available either outside or in the garage and the lobby was fine. Overall a good place to stay for a night before an early flight.

Hôtel à 15 min de Barcelone. Bon rapport qualité prix. Dans une petite ville avec tout les commerces dont on a besoin. Je recommande pour les personnes qui veulent aller à Barcelone en petit budget. Le personnel est très sympa et a l’écoute.

Loved their breakfast! Staff's nice and accommodating. They speak good english. They have good option for dinner too. I'll stay here again given the chance.
