The service from the entire hotel team was excellent. The property and the views are incredible. They made our 35th Wedding Anniversary quite magical.

Parts of this property are 5+ stars. I left a 3 star review based compared to equivalent hotels or resorts in Florence/Tuscany. The good: The staff are incredible: warm, thoughtful, personalize your experience. Though it can be hard to reach a human before you arrive as the WhatsApp number is not on the website, once you have the WhatsApp, it is very easy to communicate. They also had responded to my email requesting a transfer within 48 hours. The 360 views: breathtaking, The garden, infinity pool, and external areas are impeccably maintained, gorgeous. I wanted to leave a higher review. As one Dutch reviewer put, the property needs to decide who they want to be. The bad: The rooms go beyond just “dated.” I found dirt/stains on the hairdryer I cleaned off myself. The bathroom had a cheap, flimsy, plastic trash can. This might seem petty but part of why I splurge on a room in Europe is the attention to detail and high quality, not to feel surrounded by IKEA/Target items. In all the other hotels — that cost half as much — the furniture were made of real wood, leather, often either antique or modern designer. These seemingly small things elevate an experience. Also, the rooms are far too small for the price point. There are no bathrobes. No screen in bathroom window. There is no iron or kettle in the room. There is no spa on property. I initially was frustrated at the extra cost of the separate beach club, but realized that is not uncommon and I accepted that.

La struttura è posizionata su una delle spiagge belle dell'Argentario e pur essendo in alto rispetto a Cala Piccola, fornisce ai clienti un servizio (incluso) di trasporto da e verso il beach club. L'hotel è molto elegante, le stanze sono ampie, dotate di amenities e biancheria curata; la vista può essere sul bosco o sul mare. Splendida piscina, il servizio è di alto livello con personale molto preparato e gentile. Bellissima la vista sulla baia e dal giardino si può ammirare il tramonto all'ora dell'aperitivo. Ottimo e prestigioso il ristorante. Un’ attenzione particolare per i clienti che scelgono di rimanere sulla spiaggia dopo il check-out, è la stanza di cortesia (attrezzata di asciugamani e prodotti per il bagno) per poter fare una doccia prima del rientro. Clientela internazionale.

We had an incredible stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating , the hotel was beautiful, plenty of space, very relaxing and the views are extraordinary. We will definitely be back.

The location was absolutely gorgeous! The views of the ocean and mountains were amazing and the sunset was spectacular. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed - golf cart rides to and from the beach, coffee in the AM before breakfast opened, late night drinks at the outdoor bar.

Et af de bedste hoteller, som vi nogensinde har overnattet på. Især de fantastiske omgivelser gjorde det helt unikt. Flot natur og god hiking rute i nærheden.

You’re paying for the sunset, and the beach access- which are both absolutley stunning. Many reasons this hotel isn’t a 5 star. 1. The room is a 2 star. Old, outdated, no charm, just a plain room with a plain bed, and the bathroom is even more simple. For 700$/night I expected more. 2. Breakfast- every morning it’s the same. Compared to the rest of the hotels we have been in Italy, this has been the worst food. The selection is very minimal and the menu has pancakes with an asterisk next to it. The asterisk states that these come frozen. Really? You can’t make fresh pancakes? That is the easiest thing to make. 3. There is no information sheet in the room of how to contact reception ( which is many stairs away), or what the wifi is etc. Pretty standard again for most hotels. Other than that the service was great. The location is wonderful ( as long as you don’t get car sick- because the roads to get here are VERY windy). I will probably come back again only for the beach, or try and find another hotel with beach proximity. For $700 / night I have a hard time justifying it, and would give it a 2.5 star.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly, helpful staff. You are paying for the overall hotel and views vs the room itself. The classic room is pretty lacklustre and feels like a cheap hotel. The rest of the hotel is quite lovely. The pool is excellent and we enjoyed dining at the restaurant and bar area. The beach club is also lovely, though we were surprised it wasn’t private for only hotel guests. It was extremely busy when we were here due to a local holiday. The towns in Monte Argentario are not very cute in comparison to other Italian towns. So you are mainly choosing this for the views of the coastline and to enjoy the hotel.

Breathtaking views in tranquil surroundings. Hotel was very well maintained, staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with plentiful of choices.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean where you are greeted by friendly, gracious staff who gladly cater to your every need. The menu offerings at the bar and restaurant feature local ingredients prepared deliciously. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was very satisfying and fresh, parking very convenient with a lot of space. perfect location with scenic views. Yes, indeed it involves serpentine road driving but its worth it.

The food at this hotel is some of the best we have had in Italy. Each meal was perfection. The views are amazing and the free shuttle to the beach is an added bonus. Staff is friendly and considerate, every need is attended to. Grazie!

The outstanding location of Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola is what makes it incredible. From swimming in the private cove to having cocktails while watching the sunset, to the staff anticipating and providing for our every need. We had a wonderful stay.
