さすがリッツカールトン、ホスピタリティーとラグジュアリー感が素晴らしかった。また、レストランも値段は少し高いけど、それを上回るほど美味しい料理を堪能できました。特にミラドールのマグロのタルタルは、魚の味に肥えている我々でもこれまでにこんな美味しいマグロを食べたことがないぐらい美味しかったです。良いマグロが手に入れば刺身で食べたいとおもいますが、新鮮な刺身をタルタルで食すのがこんなに美味しいとは新しい発見でした。また、パエリアももう言葉が出ないくらい美味しかったです。これまでに食べていたパエリアはなんだったのか？と考えさせられるぐらい感動しました。

Excellent room and amenities, staff courteous without exception

The staff was super accommodating for our family, and the Ritz Kids options made sure the adults still had their own time to do things. Beach access was great as well and the family pool area made sure there was plenty of swim time for the kids.

Massive and very clean room, great balcony with enough shade to still enjoy when it got very hot. Staff were very professional and friendly. Our only issue was that all the restaurants opened/closed at set times and there weren’t enough ‘out of hours’ options to eat if you missed the lunch or dinner hours. With a 1 year old that made things a little tricky but we managed. Overall its a beautiful hotel and our boy loved feeding the carp in the lake!

Wonderful staff, great food and beautiful setting. However the main pool was far too cold and spoiled things for the children. This was our fourth visit and the pool has previously been significantly warmer.

Our room was spotless and the staff couldn’t do enough. Very happy with our stay and will definitely return. Excellent hospitality.

Food was delicious. Service a bit slow. Breakfast is always sensational.

This is a luxurious resort hotel with numerous restaurants, swimming pools etc. The amenities are excellent - particularly the restaurant, and the staff are friendly and professional.

Vi hadde en meget fin og avkoplende uke på hotellet, men totalopplevelsen svarte ikke helt til et 5-stjernes Ritz Carlton hotell. Hotellet er flott med fine, store rom og bad. Vi hadde balkong med havutsikt og det var det verd. Bufféfrokosten er meget god og mye å velge. Reiser man uten barn bør man be om å få sitte i «The quite zone» (en separat avdeling med utsikt over parkanlegget og havet). Vi prøvde alle restaurantene utom Michelin-restauranten, «M.B.». Alle var meget bra med riktig god mat til rimelige priser. Spesielt likte vi «Verde Mar» med spesialiteter fra Kanariøyene. Imidlertid var det litt komplisert å reservere bord og alle restaurantene har ikke åpent alle dager. Det beste er å booke selv på hotellets app. Merkelig nok kunne man ikke booke i resepsjonen og «consiergen» var lite til stede. «Mirador» ligger nedenfor hotellet, og er en bra restaurant til å spise på første kvelden (men reserver i forvei og bord utendørs!). Der er det også hyggelig å spise lunsj. Poolområdene er fine og behagelige med solstoler med madrasser, håndklær og god service. Ved Lagoon pool ligger det også en hyggelig lunsjrestaurant. Imidlertid har ikke Ritz Carltons hotellgjester lenger tilgang til Mirador-poolen, en skuffelse for oss. Stranden er liten og fin, men er delvis offentlig. Vi synes imidlertid ikke at kvaliteten (f.eks. ikke noen madrasser til solstolene og litt for tett mellom stolene) eller servicen levde opp til Ritz Carlton nivå.

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Aufgrund der Größe der Anlage war der Privat-Buggy sehr nützlich.

We booked a deluxe room (resort view) which had views over a pool and the Atlantic sea. The room was cold. It faced NW and never actually saw the sun so I attempted to put on the AC heat mode but, unfortunately, no heat. There were no extra blankets in the room so it was a cold first night and we didn’t sleep well. Next day, I went to reception. The all knowing receptionist lady confidently told me that the problem was due to the room I had booked. She explained that the AC warm mode was obviously not going to work, as the heat mode was not activated as hotel policy. She continued that all deluxe rooms were unable to receive direct sunlight and therefore would obviously be cold at this time of year. However, if I wanted to rectify my mistake - I could pay extra for an upgrade and have a warmer sun lit room. I then realised that it was indeed my fault. It was my fault that my deluxe room in the 5* Ritz Carlton was unable to welcome sun light or heat and, of course, was also unable to be heated by AC heat mode. After apologising for my obvious error I asked if there were any heaters available. Luckily there were. Breakfast buffet was a bun fight. Chaos queues and confusion but very nice food. On a positive note the pool guy called Jorge was excellent. I think he was a supervisor. My wife had a back pain problem and Jorge couldn’t do enough for her. He is definitely our nomination for the best staff member. Overall a pleasant enough stay but will we return? Probably not.
