さすがリッツカールトン、ホスピタリティーとラグジュアリー感が素晴らしかった。また、レストランも値段は少し高いけど、それを上回るほど美味しい料理を堪能できました。特にミラドールのマグロのタルタルは、魚の味に肥えている我々でもこれまでにこんな美味しいマグロを食べたことがないぐらい美味しかったです。良いマグロが手に入れば刺身で食べたいとおもいますが、新鮮な刺身をタルタルで食すのがこんなに美味しいとは新しい発見でした。また、パエリアももう言葉が出ないくらい美味しかったです。これまでに食べていたパエリアはなんだったのか？と考えさせられるぐらい感動しました。

Everything about this hotel was outstanding for us, extremely attentive staff and beautiful amenities. The beach is so beautiful even though it is quite difficult to reach ( unless you go between 10 and 18 when there is a hotel train/car that takes you there and back)

Lovely breakfast, staff were so accomodating. A shame the main pool was closed but many other pools to choose from

Beautiful serene location on a cliff away from main tourist areas with secluded beach (we used the wonderful stony steps to get up and down - great exercise). Highly attentive staff and great food options. Verde Mar restaurant particularly good with sustainable options. We had anniversary and birthdays to celebrate and experienced several beautiful surprise patisserie creations in our room.

I like ritz . I will come here again .

I stayed at the The Ritz-Carlton, Abama with my husband and baby. On the second day of our trip, I contacted the concierge to request assistance with freezing our baby’s milk ice packs, and a member of staff came to our room to collect them. At checkout, we requested that the ice packs be returned to us. We were informed that someone would bring them down shortly, so we waited in our room for nearly an hour for an update that never came. Eventually, we went to reception ourselves, only to be told that nothing matching our description could be found in the freezer. A search was later conducted in the room service freezer, but the ice packs were still nowhere to be found. What made the experience even more frustrating was the dismissive attitude of the front desk staff. We were told that, according to their records and call logs, no calls had been made from our room that day, and we were even questioned about whether a staff member had actually come to collect the ice packs. The receptionist even showed us that there was no record or log of the request. I then requested that they review the CCTV footage near our room to confirm that a member of staff had indeed been sent to collect the items. At that point, the receptionist became noticeably quiet, especially as I had in fact called multiple times that day, including another request for an ice bucket. By this stage, we were already running late for our flight

El hotel increíble

Wir hatten eine „one bedroom suite“ in der 10. Etage. Ein riesen Wohnzimmer (eigentlich mit geschätzten 60m2 zu gross), ein tolles Schlafzimmer mit Ankleide und grossem Bad, eine super Terrasse mit weltklasse Meerblick und alles sehr gepflegt. Das Hotel verfügt über sieben Restaurants. Alle nicht günstig bis sehr teuer, aber sowohl qualitativ wie auch personell absolut top. Einzig das Frühstücksbuffet war doch immer etwas sehr stark frequentiert. Da merkt man dann doch, dass das Ritz kein Boutique Hotel ist, sondern eine respektable Grösse hat. Speziell Hervorheben muss man das Personal. Grossartig und äusserst Dienstleistungsorientiert - Top. Danke und gerne wieder.
